Zone - 2 Chess Tournament by Ladhidevi Ramdhar Maheshwari College, Mumbai and more...

Mumbai.Rajasthani Sammelan’s , Ladhidevi Ramdhar Maheshwari College of Commerce, Malad(West),Mumbai had organised a Mumbai University’s Chess Tournament of Zone-2 on 20th,21st and 22nd August,2015. 32 Colleges from Bandra to Dahisar participated. Mr. D.V. Prasad (International Chess Player) and Arjuna Awardee were the chief guest. Dr. Uttam Kendre (Director of Phy. Edu. & Sports) was the guest of honour.

The event was started by Mr. Kailash Kejriwal(Hon. Sec. of Rajasthani Sammelan). Mr Ashok Saraf (President of Rajasthani Sammelan) has given a lot of support to organize the event. Dr. Kamalini Pathak(Principal)had put a lot of efforts to organise the event along with her team members Prof. Nishit. K. Dave (MSCA Member) & Prof.Abhishek(Sports Teacher).

Vijay Badllani to celebrate Raksha Bandhan in a unique way

TV actor Vijay Badlani is set to celebrate this Raksha Bandhan in a unique way. He will visit Sidhivinayak Temple with his sister after the rakhi tying. His sister is married and stays in Kandivali.

"Rakhi is a celebration of love of the brother and sister," says Badllani. “My sister will tie me Rakhi and then we will go to Siddhivinayak temple along with her daughter, who will be one year old in few days. May god keep the love and respect between all the brothers and sisters,” Vijay Badllani adds.
