Mumbai: Sri Venkateswara Vaibhavotsavam In Mumbai From 8th November To 12th November 2016 At Somaiya Ground, Chunabhatti , Eastern Express Highway, Sion, Mumbai.

For the first time a unique programme of Divine Darshan, Puja and Seva of “Lord Sri Venkateswara” is being organised in Mumbai. 

Devotees and pilgrims can witness the daily rituals of Lord Venkateswara exactly as is being done in the holy abode in Tirupati and that too with absolutely no cost over five days. 

To fulfil of the long-cherised desire of lakhs of devotees of Lord Balaji in Maharashtra in general and specially those living in  Mumbai and Thane, tor the first time a unique programme of Divine Darshan, Puja and Seva of Sri Venkateswara is being organised in Mumbai by the Administration of the Tirumala Tirupati  Devasthanam (TTDE)  at the K.J Somaiya Ground, Chunabatti, Eastern Express Highway, Sion.. The darshan can be had free of cost for five days fromTuesday Novembe 8th  to Saturday 12th November 2016. 

This event is managed by Tirumala Tirupati Devsthanam  (TTD) and sponsored by Radha Foundation Mumbai, a registered charitable organization since 2010. The event will start on 8th November at 6.00 am with replica of worship, pooja and seva done at Tirumala Devsthanam. On 6th and 7th November evening “Bhajan-Kirtan” will take place and 8th to 12th November various types of  Sevas will be performed. (including Ashta Padam Aradhana, Sahashtra Kalash Abhishekam, Shripavada, Ashishekam, Vasantotsavam along with Suprabhatam, Thomala Seva, Ekant Seva etc.) 

Sri Pola Bhaskar Tirupati JEO of TTD said that with reference to the request made by Sri Rahul Shewale, M.P ( Loksabha) , South central constituency , Mumbai , and chairman of Radha Foundation, the Tirumala Tirupati Devsthanam  (TTD) have decided to conduct “ Sri Venkateswara Vaibhavotsavams”  in  Mumbai. Well known dignitaries from various fields will attend the event.  About 160 persons such as Archarkas, Veda Parayandars, Parcharikas, Adhyapaka, Potu workers and staff will arrive from Tirupati and carry out the daily rituals.  Srivari Idols along with Parivas Devathas will be brought from Tirupati.  The TTD and Radha Foundation invite all devotees and requests one and all to gather in large numbers and grace the auspicious occasion that is taking place for the first time in Mumbai, Maharashtra. 

The special weekly sevas like Visesha Puja, Astadala Pada Padmaradhana, Sahasra Kalasabhishekam, Tiruppavada, Abhishekam will also be performed apart from Suprabhatam, Thomala, Archana, Kalyanotsavam, Dolotsavam, Brahmotsavam, Vasanthotsavam, Sahasradeepalankara Seva and Ekanta Seva in the finely decked replica temple which is going to set up here to give a special feel to devotees, as if they were witnessing these sevas in the abode of the Lord in Tirumala”, Mr Shewale stated. 

Satish Nayak, spokesperson of Radha Foundation, said ``Many devotees are unable to go to Tirupati to experience the divine bless. Specially for the convenience of such persons the TTD, with the assistance of Radha Foundation, is organising this very special event in Mumbai. Such events are being organised in other parts of the country as well so that devotees can experience divine bliss in the comfort of their own cities. The rituals etc will be the same as being practised in Tirupati.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
