ಮಾಧವ ಕೃಪಾ  ಶಾಲೆ ಮಣಿಪಾಲ ಇದರ ರಕ್ಷಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ  ಸಂಘವು, ಶಾಲೆಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಮತ್ತು  ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಸರ್ ಒ. ಗಿ.  ಸೆಮಿನಾರ್ ಹಾಲ್ ಒIಖಿ ಯಲ್ಲಿ ನವೆಂಬರ್ 17 ಮತ್ತು 18 ರಂದು ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರವನ್ನು ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಂಡಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧ ಜಾನ್ ಮ್ಯಾಕ್ಸ್ವೆಲ್ ಸರ್ಟಿಫೈಡ್ ಟ್ರೈನರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಕೋಚ್ ಡಾ. ಓವನ್ ಫೆರ್ನಾಂಡಿಸ್ ಇವರನ್ನು ಆಮಂತ್ರಿಸಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.  ಡಾ. ಓವನ್ ಫೆರ್ನಾಂಡಿಸ್ ಇವರು ತರೆಬೇತುದಾರರಾಗಿ 24 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಅನುಭವ ಹಾಗೂ ಆಫ್ರಿಕ, ಏಷ್ಯಾ, ಮತ್ತು ಯೂರೋಪಗಳ  42 ದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತರಬೇತಿ ನೀಡಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಬಹುರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಕಂಪನಿಗಳ ಹಿರಿಯ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳ ನಾಯಕತ್ವ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಹಲವು ದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಸಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.   ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಇವರು ಸ್ಲೋವಾಕಿಯಾದ ಬ್ರಾತಿಸ್ಲಾವಾದಲ್ಲಿ ನೆಲೆಸಿದ್ದು ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಾರಕ್ಕಾಗಿ  ಮಣಿಪಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ಆಗಮಿಸಲಿರುವರು.   

"ನವ ಪೀಳಿಗೆಯ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ  - ಸವಾಲುಗಳು ಹಾಗು ಅವಕಾಶಗಳು” ಹಾಗೂ   "ಆದರ್ಶ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು" ಎಂಬ ವಿಷಯಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರವು  ನವೆಂಬರ್ 17 ರಂದು  ಜರಗಲಿದೆ.  ನವೆಂಬರ್ 18 ರಂದು ಮಾಧವ ಕೃಪಾ  ಶಾಲೆಯ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗಾಗಿ "ಯೂಥ್ ಮ್ಯಾಕ್ಸ್ ಪ್ಲಸ್" ನಾಯಕತ್ವ  ತರಬೇತಿ ಶಿಬಿರವನ್ನು ಡಾ ಓವನ್ ರವರು ನಡೆಸಿಕೊಡಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ.   ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಾರವು  ಮಕ್ಕಳಲ್ಲಿ ಜೀವನದ  ಮೌಲ್ಯ, ಸಕಾರಾತ್ಮಕ ಭಾವನೆ, ಸಹಾನುಭೂತಿ, ದೃಢ ನಿಷ್ಠೆ, ಉತ್ತಮ  ನಡತೆ,  ಮತ್ತು ಮನೋಭಾವವನ್ನು ಮೂಡಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಡಾ. ಓವನ್ ಇವರು ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರವನ್ನು   bಡಿiಜge2exಛಿeಟಟ.ಛಿom ಮುಖಾಂತರ ರಕ್ಷಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ ಸಂಘದ ಕೋರಿಕೆ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಉಚಿತವಾಗಿ ನಡೆಸಿ ಕೊಡಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಮಾಧವ ಕೃಪಾ ಶಾಲೆಯ ರಕ್ಷಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ ಸಂಘವು ಈ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು, ಪೋಷಕರು, ಮತ್ತು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗಾಗಿ ನುರಿತ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳಿಂದ ವಿವಿಧ ತರಬೇತಿ ಶಿಭಿರ ಮತ್ತು  ಕಾರ್ಯಗಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸರುತ್ತದೆ.

Madhava Kripa School Parent Teachers Association is conducting a workshop for Teachers And  Students of Madhava Kripa by renowned Business Consultant, Certified Psychometric Analyst, John Maxwell Certified Trainer & Coach Dr. Owen Fernandes.  The workshop is scheduled on 17th and 18th of November Sir M. V. Seminar hall MIT.  Workshop for Teachers will be held on 17th November and Dr. Owen Fernandes is going to talk about “Leading the Millennial Generation- Challenges &  Opportunities" in the morning session and  “Teachers leading as ROLE MODELS”  in the afternoon session.

As a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Trainer and Speaker, Dr. Owen Fernandes  offers mastermind study groups, workshops and coaching, aiding personal and professional growth. He has travelled extensively to more than 42 countries and carries a total work experience of 24 years in senior management levels in Africa, Asia and in Europe. He conducts training programs for multinational companies  for their senior leadership positions. Currently he is residing in Bratislava Slovakia. He will be arriving  to manipal to conduct this workshop at Madhava Kripa School.

YouthMAX Plus with Nick Vujicic is an exciting new youth leadership program made available exclusively for the John Maxwell Team, featuring John Maxwell Team YouthMAX Plus Ambassador, Nick Vujicic. YouthMAX inspires and equips young people to value themselves and others, by developing and maintaining a positive self-image, showing compassion to others, persevering in the midst of adversity, and creating a daily routine of successful attitudes and behaviour. The goal of this program is to equip and empower youth to develop their leadership skills through adding value to others.  Dr. Owen Fernandes is conducting this course on 18th of this month  for  free of cost on behalf of Madhava Kripa Parent Teachers Association.
