Bed Bugs :
These bed bugs feed on human blood and hide in mattresses. They can be found in furniture, cracks and crevices in the wall. They mainly move on clothes, bags, furnitures and bedding stuff. To remove them, insecticides should be applied repeatedly in the seams of mattresses and other places where bed bugs usually stay.
Control Of Crawling Insects :
We also provide effective treatments are offered for red and black ants, lizards and spiders.

It is wise to get the General Disinfestation treatment done on a daily basis as crawling insects can fit to any kind of surroundings. To curb these crawling insects, insecticide is sprayed in every crack and crevice of different places.

All utensils, containers, raw and cooked food should be kept far from the kitchen and other rooms and it is necessary to cover them with newspapers or old bed sheets to prevent insecticides from falling on them. Insecticides easily react with plastic and silver so it is best that all plastic and silver items should be kept covered. It is also important to cover TVs, Computers, Audio Systems, Telephone Instruments etc.
You need not close the windows as cockroaches do not die from the smell of the insecticide, they only die after coming in contact with the insecticide. Moreover it is risky to remain inside with windows closed while treatment is going on.
After the treatment is over, do not step into that place for about two hours. Then, rub the surfaces where the insecticides have been sprayed with a dry cloth. It is advisable not to wash those surfaces for atleast two days as the effect of the insecticides do not go away. The cockroaches which were hiding might come out from those places and finally come in contact with the sprayed insecticides. Even the insecticides can kill those hidden cockroaches within 3-4 days.
Gel Treatment For Cockroaches
We offer modernized gel treatment for cockroaches and ants. This treatment is harmless, fast, effective and tension free. The best thing is that our skilled team apply this gel on sensitive areas like computers, electrical control boxes, kitchen appliances and cabinets. This gel has no smell and you do not need to step out of your house after the treatment.

The Gel has an immediate effect upon cockroaches that leads to their death. If some cockroaches happen to eat this gel, other cockroaches also die. This gel treatment wipes away about 80% of cockroaches in about one week and remaining ones are controlled within three weeks. This leads to quick eradication. About 80% of cockroaches die in about one week. It almost takes half hour to treat a flat of about 750 sq feet.
House Flies :
Generally flies survive in any decaying, rotting organic matter like garbage, filth, excreta, manure etc. These are attracted to garbage bins for food and lay eggs easily. Flies reproduce while feeding, this leads to impurity of human food and transmission of diseases.

Sanitation : Proper sanitation is the main solution to get rid of these house flies.  Places that can attract these flies can get attracted and lay eggs should be do away with to keep the place free from houseflies. If good sanitation cannot be provided, there is little chance to control by other methods. Hence, waste material should be kept in covered containers or trash bags. You must make it a habit to keep containers clean and empty. It should be kept far from buildings and manure, decaying plants and other animal material should be removed quickly. Areas of extreme moisture should also be done away with.
Inspection : Inspection plays a major role in maintaining sanitation. Before eliminating fly breeding places, it is better to figure out what attracts these flies. This can be analysed by regularly inspecting all the sites. Firstly, it is important to identify the cause and then destroy it. 
Exclusion : An important step in fly management is to exclude them from the premises. It can be rectified by keeping doors and windows closed.  The areas through which the flies can easily enter should be sealed. Nowadays, there are automatic door closing devices and specialized air curtains that can be installed for a more effective fly management system.
Mechanical Control : Ultraviolet traps are the best way to control these flies. To make it more effective, light traps must be placed in a proper order. Light traps should be placed in such a manner that they are not visible from outside the building. They should not be placed more than 5 feet above the floor, where these flies fly around and should be kept away from the kitchen and light sources. Bulbs are required to changed at least once a year.  We also manufacture insect light traps.

Chemical Control  : Instead of pesticide application in filth fly problems, chemical mechanisms can sometimes work wonders. Though pesticide fly strips can be kept in enclosed rooms like attics to remove flies, they are not that effective. Non-residual pesticides are sprayed to kill adult flies. But this process does not offer a permanent solution, it is just for temporary relief. Residual pesticides that remain active for sometime can be sprayed on outdoor surfaces of restaurants and public areas where flies are found. Flies can also be lessened with the utilization of garbage containers for outdoor sites.
Mosquitoes :
Mosquito control is a means to reduce these pests from causing harm to human life, clearing those areas where mosquitoes breed mostly. Anti Treatment on Masonry Walls
If you are planning to construct a home or office, then termite control should be focused on deeply. We use latest techniques to remove the termites. Liquid treatments are applied, both inside and outside to eliminate the pests totally. Direct injection of liquid pesticide (termiticide) to masonry walls and in areas under the concrete slabs is very useful to kill the termites.
We Follow These Pre Construction Termite Treatment Stages :
♦ We treat the sides and bottom surfaces of the foundation ditches and hollows with the application of chemicals to a height of about 30cm, at the rate of 5 Lit. per square meter of surface area.

 ♦ Backfilled earth on each side of built walls, are sprayed with strong chemicals and should be treated with chemicals at the rate of 7.5 Lit. per linear meter of vertical surface of the foundation. The chemicals are aimed towards the masonry ground so that it comes in contact with the insects.

♦ Before laying the floor, it is important to nourish the top surface with the application of chemicals at the rate of 5 lit per.square meter. Builders should be careful that disruption of gaps during further construction not result in cracks.

Post Construction Anti-Termite Treatment (For Existing Buildings)
♦ If there is loose soil around the walls of your building’s foundation, we dig a shovel width ditch close to the external wall of the foundation that exposes the wall surface of up to a depth of 5 cm.
♦ Insecticide is sprayed on the soil, so that it reaches the termites present there, this is in order to stop re-infesting. Holes are drilled around the pillars of your building to eliminate these termites.
♦ Wooden parts of building are treated, wooden furniture like doors, windows are also protected from termite attack. Spraying of chemical treatments on ceiling fans and walls are also effective at Ash Pest Control.
Rats & Mice
Rodents, usually known as rats or mice are among the most irritating pests. They can be found in offices, homes, industries, health care and in other premises where they get food and shelter. Besides damaging clothes or shoes, they cause food contamination and spread diseases affecting your personal as well as professional image. Here, we use principles of pest mechanism to control these rats. We go through a study of rats to bring better rodent control management. Moreover, our Ash Pest Control personnel are trained through formal classroom sessions and practical on-site activity. Our two step rat control processes are as follows :
Eliminating Existing Rats
Baiting is an appropriate way to control rats and mice. In this process, rat’s favorite food is mixed with poison. At Ash Pest Control, we use special anti-coagulant rodenticides mixed with bait material that is very attractive to rodents. And it is very effective as rodents do not die soon, only after days of feeding do they die. Rats are unaware of the poison and the remaining rats also start grabbing the poisoned food.  Snap traps and glue boards can be useful in removing rats and mice from food processing and pharmaceutical units. This method is useful when the place is infested with a small number of rodents.
Field Rats are controlled by applying insecticides in their burrows. Burrows are processed by inserting tablets of phosphine gas. And finally, the rats die and remain in the buried ground without any sort of bad smell or odour.
Termites

Termites, also known as white ants cause a lot of damage destroying valuable property, documents, furniture and anything that is comprised of cellulose. You can only know after the things get completely destroyed. Termites infest and breed underground in the soil and creep up easily through cracks in foundation as well as the walls of the building. As they move forward, they build mud channels for themselves to get darkness and high humidity to live. If  you see such marks, it is an alert that your house is under attack by these pests.
To get rid of termites from your home or office premises, the following options are available to you :
One Year Maintenance Contact :
♦  To stop and remove the existence of termites from the ground, holes are drilled from inside your premises, at the spot near the wall and the floor at an angle of 45 degrees. The holes are made along the side of the entire outer wall at approximately 30 cm (12") intervals.
♦ The insecticide is then applied into these holes to soak the masonry. If your premises is located on the ground floor, the partition walls are also treated. This drilling procedure do not work on partition walls above the ground floor as RCC slabs act as a mechanical disturbance and the termites cannot enter into them.

Check Up Visits

After the initial major treatment is over, our agent will visit your premises for a check up once every quarter. If required, necessary treatments will be done in cases of re-infestation. Necessary treatments will be carried out in case of any re-infestation. You can call us whenever there is a visibility of termites, during the contract period.

Woodborer
Have you noticed a white powder in your wooden cupboards and drawers lately? If you clean it, it appears the next day again. This is a sign of a woodborer and it is a major problem. Woodborer has another name called Powder Post Beetle, these cause much harm to valuable wood. These are about 4 mm long and are found in dark brown or black colours. They feed mainly on wood that is their staple diet. They lay eggs in cracks or pores of wood and their life cycle is similar to animals or human beings. The eggs hatch and form into a larva, then insect and finally to a adult woodborer. The larva destroy all the wood thereby, making holes inside the wood. The dust that falls from the holes is the body waste of these borers and undigested cellulose of wood. The adult borers grow by making tiny pin sized tunnels and its life span is about a year.

Costly wood items can be damaged by these woodborers, first from outside. You are not able to notice their existence. Once, its body waste starts falling from the holes, then you notice the damage.  These woodborers are treated by injecting insecticides in the tunnels with a syringe. For better efficiency, the whole wood is sprayed with an insecticide.

To deal with this issue, we undertake a three months contract. If you do not see any progress after the first treatment, it is better to go for a one year contract. So, whenever, there is visibility of a powder in the wood articles, do not hesitate to call us.

Terms & Conditions
♦ The services are backed by our guarantee that the premises will remain free of cockroaches during this period of contract.
♦ If at any time, after the completion of the initial treatment of aforesaid premises and before the expiry of the contract period, the pest shall reappear, we without any further charge, repeat the treatment of the said premises to such an extent and so often before the end of term period as may be necessary to free the said premises of pests.
♦ We shall not be held responsible or become liable to clients for any damage suffered by the clients or indirectly through the presence of the pests in the said premises but our liability shall be to treat the said premises with such processes as herein before and provided and ensure economic control of the pests from the premises.
♦ We shall not be responsible for any misplacement, loss or damage of any articles specially foodstuffs, plastic materials and any valuables etc while treating  the premises under contract. To avoid such possibilities, it shall be the occupants responsibility to allow the operators to perform the treatment in the presence of a responsible person of his or her choice. On no account should we be held responsible for mishandling or theft etc.
♦ We shall try keep to the schedule of service. However, we should not be held responsible for any delay or postponement of the schedule due to circumstances beyond our control and in order to facilities prompt and smooth working, the premises should be made available for treatment at the fixed timings or period as may be agreed to by both the parties. It will be for mutual benefit that the clients should inform us well in advance if a scheduled program is cancelled due to reasons such as illness, scheduled time not suitable etc.
