Print Udupi : Milagres College Kallianpur organized “Prathibha Purashkara” the felicitation programme to Rank Holders and Prize distribution ceremony at Milagres Silver Jubilee Hall here on Thursday, 9th March, 2017.
Very Rev Fr. Stany B. Lobo Correspondent of Milagres Institutions presided over the programme. Rev Fr. Denis D’Sa Public Relation Officer of Udupi diocese and parish priest of Kuntalnagara was the chief guests. Rev Fr. Anil Prakash Castelino Campus Director was the guest of honour.
The Milagres College students Mr. Mahadev Myageri and Sheril Vigiliya were felicitated during the programme. Mr. Mahadev Myageri was secured Fifth Rank in MSW, Mangalore University examinations 2015/16 and Mrs. Sheril Vigiliya was secured Seventh Rank in M.Com., Mangalore University examinations 2015/16. The rank holders were felicitated with shawl, garland, memento, basket of fresh fruits and rose by the guests on the dais.
Meanwhile Blynal Quadros who bagged gold medal in financial accounting by scoring 300 out of 300 marks also honoured.
The various scholarships were distributed to meritorious students during the programme. Meanwhile academic excellence prizes also distributed to the deserved students. Prizes also distributed to achievers in sports and other curricular activities of the college.
Rasalia Cardoza President of Students Welfare Council welcomed the gatherings, Dr. Gerald Pinto proposed vote of thanks. Prof Subramanya Joshi and Prof Annamma Directors of the Students Welfare Council present on the dais.
