Udupi : We do not need the Gurupeetas, but we do need the Jana Peetas. By establishing the Guru Peeta in Barkur, self established Swamiji Santhosh cheated not only Bunts community, but also the people of Tulunadu, said Arya Laxminaryana Alva, noted thinker.

In his keynote address during the protest meet against Vishwa Santhosh Bharati Swamiji, organized by Vishwa Bunts Naadavara Janajaagrathi Balaga (Reg) Bangaluru and other social thinkers at Brahmavar Bunts Bhavan on Saturday, 3^rd Saturday, 2017, Arya Laxminarayana Alva said that the Guru Peeta established by fake swami for his own benefits and not for the society. There is vast history of Bunts community for their selfless service to the community and others large. In order to establish enmity with our community, this fake swami is trying to create his own darbhar.

He said Bunts community generation are memorable one. They had tradition of prayers in their own. The bunts community not divided. But this fake swami has been working hard to divide our own community which will be disastrous.  

Bunts Balaga protested against the swamiji and his associates.  On behalf of Swamiji, the complaint was filed by Anil Kumar Shetty, Barkur Samsthaana’s Administration Officer with false allegation that the five members tried to take Swamiji’s life.

Earlier, A. Narayana Shetty President of the Bunts Balaga, said that Santhosh Swamiji has filed an attempt to murder case against me which false accusation. He has to swear on the diety at Sri Manjunatheshwara Temple, Dharmasthala Temple to prove he speaks the truth. It was alleged in the complaint that five members tried to take the swamiji’s life which no truth in it and we are all five ready to promise Sri Manjunatha Swami of Dharmasthala.

He said that we have never personal grudges with swami nor any individual in the case. We are fighting for the cause of religious principles. We respect all religious leaders like Santhosh Swamiji. But he trying to shut our mouths that we strongly oppose his motives. If we are silent against his motives, then it will be easier to lodge false allegation on more people of our community.

Aroor Narayana Shetty, Vasanth Giliyar, B. Bhujanga Shetty, M. Chandrashekar Hegde were spoke during the protest meet.

Vishwa Bunts Naadavara Janajaagrathi Balaga and social thinkers passed the resolution and same will be sent to the state government. The Balaga leader M Chandrashekar Hegde placed the decisions as under :-

1.       State government should not give any funds to said Bunta Mahasamsthana and should take all the donations back.

2.       Vishwa Santhosh Bharati Swamiji has built Bunts Mahasamsthana by destroying the historical witness which told the history of Barkur. The government should investigate the place.

3.       Bunts condemned fake Vishwa Santhosh Bharati Swamiji Mahasamsthaana Bhargava Beedu.

4.       Vishwa Santhosh Bharati Swamiji misues the police system.

5.       Vishwa Bunts Naadavara Janajaagrathi Balaga forced to investigate the fake complaints against the five members.

6.       Vishwa Santhosh Bharati Swamiji should take back the complaint against the five people lodged in Brahmavar Police Station.

Large number of Bunts community and social thinkers were participated in the protest meet. Krishnaraj Shetty welcomed the gatherings. Belve Vasanth Shetty gave introduction speech while Aroor Thimmappa Shetty compered the programme.
