Healing Foundation of Karnataka held the “Hour of Peace” program in 30 districts.

Udupi, August, 2017: When you are peaceful within, you will not have conflict with other people. There will be peace in family, peace within the community, state, country and finally peace in the World.

World peace starts with peace within me.

Master Choa Kok Sui’s Meditation on Twin Hearts for Peace and Illumination is a very powerful Meditation technique to bring Inner peace, inner guidance and inner power. In this meditation, we allow ourselves to feel peace, love, forgiveness, hope, joy and share these with everyone on the entire earth. By giving & sharing, these qualities not only increase in our personality, it also helps other people around us to be more positive, healthy & happy.

Hour of Peace:

Trained volunteers from Yoga Vidya Pranic Healing Foundation of Karnataka held the “Hour of Peace” program in 30 districts of Karnataka during which more than 46,000 students meditated from 9:30 am to 10:00 am at the same time on 19th August. According to Master Choa Kok Sui, when 7 people do this Meditation together at the same time, the positive energy generated is equivalent to the energy generated by 100 people meditating individually. The positive energy generated by this meditation has healing properties. It heals the meditator as well as people & places where these positive energies are projected.

Main focus for this year was to pray for Farmers in many parts of Karnataka who are waiting for timely rains for their crops. One can imagine the transformative effects of spiritual energy generated by 46,000 students doing Meditation on Twin Hearts across the state of Karnataka.

The meditation was preceded by Superbrain Yoga, a yogic technique that takes 1 min to do and has tremendous benefits with regular practise, such improved concentration, memory , creativity, Intelligence, etc.. Students find regular practice helps develop the abilities in the left and right side of brain making them all-rounder.
