More than 21 Journalists and eminent speakers were honoured at South Coast Hall Rabale on 3rd Sept 2017, by Ln Anagha Gandhi and Ln Jaya Jadhwani. It was an event wherein Eminent speakers like Ln Pankaj Mehta who is  faculty for such events across the globe, also Ln K L Parmar, besides Chief  Guest was Ln Hanuman Agarwal, Dist.Governor and Guests of Honour were Ln  K J paul 1st VDG and Ln Maneshwar Nayak 2nd VDG were present.

The Journalists, Photographers, Cameramen, Channels were from Times of India, DNA,Hindustan times, Maharastra Times, Sakal, News band and Many more. Mr. Vikas Mahadik from Loksatta, Mr  More from Samana, Mr, Sharma from  Navbharat times,Mr  Vijaykumar Kamble from Newsband, Mr Jadhav from Navnagar ,  Mr Manoj Jalanawala from Maharashtra times, Mr Rajit Yadav from Navbharat, Mr Bharat Dutt from The New Mumbai Street, Mr Ankush Vaiti from Vartahar to  name a few.  Total 21 Journalists were present.

Mala Shetty, who is freelancer, PR, was honoured, who is writing for many medias Indyadreams, Filmtvtimes.com, Telechakkar.com, TOI - Chembur Ghatkopar Plus Also provided inputs to Daijiworld.com, Udayavani , TOI CGPlus, India-forums DNA Vashi, Thane, Chembur  Ghatkopar plus, Nave sheher, Newsband Navi Mumbai, Udayavani,  Karnataka malla.  Mala Shetty,As a PR, did promotion of Kannada film “House Full” in  Karnataka. Mala also produced and assisted in 2 Documentary films, “Ek  Aur Prananjali” on HIV/Aids in year 2006, and  documentary film on "Music Therapy" in 2008. Associated with Indiantelevision.com popularly known as Indian Telly Awards. She was running Apeksha, school for autistic children from 1984 till 2002.

One younger Journalist, Mr Sanidh Poojary, 22 years old, A Correspondent at DNA, was also honoured. Sanidh dons many creative Hats such as Modeled for Advertisements, and TV’s namely Pantaloons,FBB, Jinni and  Johney , and many more. He was also a Runway Director (Fashion Choreographer ) to direct Beauty Pageants and Designer Runways, was honoured  Youngest Runway Director Laurel at WOW awards. Also youngest Journalist award. Sanidh also spoke about how to write an article and explained how to write the best way and get covered.
