Mumbai, October 13, 2017: Dr. Anthony Melvin Crasto has been awarded with Pharma Excellence Award for his outstanding contributions to Pharma Industry from Arab Health on October 12th, 2017 in Dubai. UAE.  As Dr. Anthony was not able to travel, Shobha Crasto received the award on behalf of Dr. Anthony during the Middle East Healthcare Leadership Awards held at the Dubai Mall, UAE.

Dr. Anthony  Melvin Crasto, graduated from Mumbai  University, Completed his Ph.D from ICT, 1991, Mumbai, India, in the field of Organic Chemistry, Currently he is working with GLENMARK PHARMACEUTICALS LTD,  Research Centre as a Principal Scientist, in Process Research at Mahape, Navi Mumbai, India, for the last 10 years,  His total  Industry experience is  30 +yrs with major Multinationals companies.

Prior to joining Glenmark, he has worked with major multinationals like Hoechst Marion Roussel, now Sanofi, Searle India Ltd, now  RPG lifesciences, etc. He has worked with notable Scientists like Dr K Nagarajan, Dr Ralph Stapel, Prof S Seshadri , Dr Yatendra Khandelwal etc, He did Custom Synthesis for various multinationals in his career like BASF, Novartis, Sanofi, Pfizer etc., He has worked in Drug Discovery, Natural products, Bulk Drugs, Generics, Intermediates, Fine chemicals, Neutraceuticals, GMP,  Scaleups, Pharma Plant, API plant etc, he is now helping millions, His friends call him worlddrugtracker.
