Udupi : We will show black flags during the visit of chief minister in Udupi district against the killings of Hindu activists, said Mattar Rathnakar Hegde, President of Udupi  district BJP.

He was addressing a press meet at BJP office at Kadiyali on Friday, 5^th January, 2018 Mattar Rathnakar Hegde said that there were 7-8 murders of Hindu activists in coastal Karnataka taken place. But Siddaramiaha was keeping mum in regard to these killings cases. No precautionary measures have taken place prior to these murders of innocent Hindu activists. Hindus have no safety since Siddaramaiah taken over as chief minister of the state, he alleges.

Through love jihad, challenges are given to Hindus. We strongly condemn the murders of Hindu activists. When there were conventional programs of the chief minister these murders were taken place. We have strong view that state government has link with these condemnable murders.

There were viral in social media that the minister Abdul Kadar had meal with accused in Katipalla, Surathkal murder case. The Surathkal MLA Mohideen Bava making politics that BJP officials are the accused in the said case. Moideen Bava should be questioned in the murder case of Deepak Rao’s murder.  It is non – sense that Bava’s statement. Bava is misleading the people by giving such statements. We have no such intention in bad politics. His irresponsible statements should be condemnable one. Meanwhile we strongly condemn the recent statements of Home Minister regarding the killings of Hindu activists, Mattar Rathnakar Hegde said.

Congress has no strength to collect the people for chief minister’s convention to be taken place in the district. With the help of district administration, officials and other people told to attend in the Siddarmaiha conventions to be held in the district. Congress party has misusing the power of the government. Out of 156 seats, 152 seats are from BJP in Grama Panchayats. Out of 26 seats, 20 seats are from BJP in Zilla panchayat. DC directly supporting the congress party for their conventions in the district, he alleged.

There has no developmental works done by the congress legislators in the district. The congress party not able to complete its election manifesto promises. The state government failed in all departments. With the help of Deputy Commissioner, flex banners are displaying all over the district. The Congress party using district administration for their convention which will be condemnable, he said.

Raghupathy Bhat former MLA said that it is the duty of the Pramod Madhwaraj to take Siddaramaiah to the Sri Krishna Math when CM’s visit to Udupi. All other leaders of Congress as well as BJP had visited the Sri Krishna Temple. But Siddaramaiah not visited the Sri Krishna temple which hurt the Hindus.
