Udupi : The General Body meeting and Annual Convention of the Catholic Sabha Udupi Pradesh ® to be held at Milagres Tri-centenary Hall, Kallianpur near here on Sunday, 24^th June, 2018.

The annual convention will be inaugurated by Most Rev Dr. Gerald Isaac Lobo, Bishop of Udupi Diocese at 10.30 am. Former President of Catholic Sabha Udupi Pradesh Elroy Kiran Crasta will be main speaker.

Wilfred D’Souza, District Youth Official, Nehru Yuva Kendra, Lancy D’Cunha AICU National President and former President of Catholic Sabha Mangalore Pradesh, Walter Cyril Pinto AICU State President and former President of CSMP, Mangalore, Anil Lobo Catholic Sabha Mangaluru Pradesh 2016-18 are chief guests.

Sr. Jacintha Noronha Award Winner from Himachal Pradesh state government, Merwyn D’Souza, District Rajyotsava Award winner, Wilson Olivera, Sandesh Award winner and Delphin D’Souza, National Award winner for Best Anganwadi worker will be felicitated during the occasion.

Francis Danthi Memorial Sahitya Award will be awarded to Alphone D’Souza of Brahmavar for his achievements in Literature.

Rev Fr. Ferdinand Gonsalves, Spiritual Director of Catholic Sabha Udupi Pradesh, Very Rev Dr. Lawrence D’Souza, Rector of Milagres Cathedral and Spiritual Director of Catholic Sabha Milagres unit, Rolphy D’Costa President of Catholic Sabha Mangaluru Pradesh 2018-19, William Machado Past President of CSUP and Celestine D’Souza, Secretary of CSMP will be honorable guests during the occasion.

During the convention, book written by Dr. Gerald Pinto will be released. Deanery level and unit level achievers for donation coupon sellers, best deanery and units and achievers for Amcho Sandesh monthly special sellers.
