Udupi : The second auditions for ‘Mr & Miss Mangalore Beauty Pageant 2018’ will be held on August 19 at Country Inn suites by Radisson from 12 noon. The Manipal auditions will be held on August 19.

Addressing media here at Udupi Press Club on Friday, August 17, actor and model Prashanth Poojary and Anil Poojary said, Auditions of Mr and Ms Mangalore 2018 was held on August at Forum Mail and on August 19 at Manipal at Country Inn & Suites by Raddisson, Mr and Ms Mangalore beauty pageant finals will be held on first week of September in Mangaluru.

The age criteria for this beauty pageant will be 18 to 27. The dress code for boys is smart casuals and shoes and for girls is cocktail dress, high heels, stiletoes, he informed.

We are organizing Mr and Miss Mangalore 2018 pageant which provides a platform to the youth to showcase their talents and boost their confidence. It emphasizes grace, poise, glamour, fashion, confidence, originality and intelligence, he added.

Selected finalists will undergo grooming sessions, fitness sessions and photo shoot. Title winner will get direct entry to other beauty pageant and sign a modeling contract, he said.

To register, participants can send their name, age, height, location, contact number with attached two whole body picture (DSLR quality, face should be visible, no sun glass/eyeglass should be wearing on the photograph) to pamevents2018@gmail.com

Pictures will be uploaded for the online for the title of ‘Mr and Miss Popular’

Registration fees for the participants will be Rs. 500. Criteria of judging are ramp walk, introduction and Q/A from Jury. For documentation the participants need to carry ID proof (original + photocopy), 2 recent photographs (passport and full length 6x9 size).
