Tulu film "Kambalabettu Bhatrena Magal" to hit silver screen from February 22

Udupi : Another Tulu film ‘Kambalabettu Bhatrena Magal’ under the banner Rachal Film Production will hit the silver screen from February 22.
Addressing to media persons at Udupi Press club during the press meet Ronald Martis, Film Producer said that the Tulu film to be screened at Big Cinamas, PVR, Cinepolis and Jyothi in Mangaluru, Inox in Manipal, Ashirvad in Udupi, Radhika and Planet in Karkala, Amarshree in Moodubidri, Natraj in Surathkal, Aruna in Puttur and Santhosh Theatre in Sulia.
Ronal Martis said that after in Tulu, it will be released in Kannada language also. The shooting both Kannada and Tulu versions has been done simultaneously. The trailer of the movie has been watched by over 2.5 lakh people within a week of its release on social media, informed Martis.
He also said that it was for the first time in the history of Tulu film industry that the title of the film is being released in Tulu script. The audio and teaser of the film was released by the children of an orphanage. Veteran artistes like Aravind Bolar, Bhojaraj Vamanjoor, Ramesh Rai, Prakash Thuminadu and Shivaprakash Poonja among others acted in the film, Ronald Martis informed.
According to the director of the film, Sharath S Poojary Baggathota, it is a film based on the true story of Sooryanarayana Bhatta, a resident of Kambalabettu. It has five melodious songs. The film also sheds light on the rich culture and tradition of Tulu Nadu, says Ronald Martis.
