Christian Chamber of Commerce of Industry (CCCI) had 14th award function

Mumbai,Sept.21: Christian Chamber of Commerce of Industry (CCCI) had 14th award function on Saturday 21 st September 2019 at Hotel Kohinoor.  Christian Chamber of Commerce& Industry is an umbrella for a body of businessmen from all walks of trade and industry and the motto of the organization is to foster the spirit of entrepreneurship amongst members and to reach out to the community in particular and to the state and country at large. In that context every year the chamber is given awards in various categories for successful entrepreneurs.

Mr. Vincent Mathias and family of Velvin Paper Products were also felicitated for bagging Global Recognition at world Corrugated award 2019 in Shanghai China. The said company was nominated for the category new factory planning category and bagged 2nd award. It was the only Indian company in this category which was nominated.

Presiding officer Rt. Rev. Monsignor Varghese Mattamana said Chairman of CCCI, Mr. Antony Sequeira, in his welcome speech expressed his gratefulness to everyone who strove for CCCI during the year.During the past year, CCCI has organised many informative monthly business seminars on various topics of current relevance. It is an effort by the Chamber to keep its members updated on varied subjects which will help them in their business. I have a humble request all the members to attend and take full advantage of such seminars.

CCCI founder Chairman Mr. Vincent Mathias, immediate past Chairman Mr. Henry Lobo, CCCI awards committee convener, Mr. John D’Silva, Vice Chairman’s Mr. Albert W D’Souza and Mr. John Mathew, were present on the dais. The awardees, reciprocating to the honour bestowed upon them, praised the functioning style of CCCI, which happens to be a premier Christian body.

The other dignitaries and conveners of different sub-committees, other office bearers, and a large number of members with family, were present at the function.
At the beginning of the awards function. Floral tributes were given by Mrs. Jean Sequeira to chief guest and Mrs. Philomena Lobo to Monsignor Varghese Mattamana.Mrs.  Priya Clyde Andrades compered the programme. Agnello Rajesh Athaide proposed the vote of thanks.

ಮೊನ್ಸಿಂಜರ್ ವರ್ಗೀಸ್ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಸಾಧಕರನ್ನು ಗೌರವಿಸಿದಾಗಲೇ ಅವರಲ್ಲಿನ ಪ್ರತಿಭಾನ್ವೇಷಣೆ ಆಗುವುದು. ಪುರಸ್ಕರಿಸುವುದು ಅಂದರೆ ಸಾಧಕರನ್ನು ಪ್ರಶಂಸಿಸಿ ಸಾಧಿಸುವವರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರೇರೆಪಿಸುವುದು ಎಂದರ್ಥ. ಇದು ಕೊಡುಕೊಳ್ಳುವಿಕೆಯ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯೂ ಹೌದು. ಸಾಧನಾಶೀಲರಿಂದಲೇ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರದ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಸಾಧ್ಯ. ದೇಶ ಕಟ್ಟುವಲ್ಲಿ ಉದ್ಯಮಸ್ಥರ ಕೊಡುಗೆ ಅತ್ಯಮೂಲ್ಯವಾಗಿದ್ದು ಇಂತಹ ಉದ್ಯಮಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಪೆÇ್ರತ್ಸಾಹಿಸುವ ಸಿಸಿಸಿಐ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಶ್ಲಾಘನೀಯ ಎಂದು ಶುಭಾರೈಸಿದರು.

ಉದ್ಯಮಿಗಳು ತಾವು ಬಾಳುತ್ತಾ ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬರಿಗೆ ಬದುಕು ನೀಡುವ ಸಹೃದಯಿಗಳಾದಾಗ ಧನ್ಯತಾಬಾಳು ಕರುಣಿಸುವುದು. ಯಾವೊತ್ತೂ ಯಾರನ್ನೂ ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಲು ಅಸಾಧ್ಯವಾದರೂ ಸ್ವತಃ ಬದಲಾಗಿ ಇತರರ ಬಾಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರೇರಕರಾಗುವ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದೆ. ಸುಮಾರು 675 ಸದಸ್ಯತ್ವವುಳ್ಳ ಈ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಜಾಗತಿಕವಾಗಿ ಮಾನ್ಯತೆ ಹೊಂದಿದೆ. ಇದರ ಅರಿವು ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಹೊಂದಿ ಏರ್ಪಾಡಿಸುವ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಾರದ ಲಾಭಪಡೆಯಬೇಕು. ಇದರಿಂದ ಉದ್ಯಮಶೀಲತೆ, ಮನೋವಿಕಾಸ ಬೆಳೆಸಿ ಸಾಧಕ ಉದ್ಯಮಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಉದಯೋನ್ಮುಖ ಯುವಜನತೆಗೆ ಪ್ರೇರಕರಾಗಬೇಕು ಎಂದÀು ಆ್ಯಂಟನಿ ಸಿಕ್ವೇರಾ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷೀಯ ಭಾಷಣವನ್ನುದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ಪುರಸ್ಕಾರ ಸಮಿತಿ ಸಂಚಾಲಕ ಜಾನ್ ಡಿ’ಸಿಲ್ವಾ, ಮತ್ತಿತರ ಪದಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ವೇದಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಸೀನರಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಸಮಾರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಸಿಸಿಐ ಪದಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು, ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರು, ಉಪ ಸಮಿತಿಗಳ ಸಂಚಾಲಕರುಗಳು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಸದಸ್ಯರನೇಕರು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದು ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ಶಾಂಘೈನಲ್ಲಿ ವರ್ಲ್ಡ್ ಕೊರಗೇಟಿವ್ ಗ್ಲೋಬಲ್ ಪುರಸ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಭಾಜನರಾದ ಸಿಸಿಸಿಐ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಪಕಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ವಿನ್ಸೆಂಟ್ ಮಥಾಯಸ್  ಅವರನ್ನು ಗೌರವಿಸಿ ಅಭಿನಂದಿಸಿದರು

ಸಿಸಿಸಿಐ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರಾದ ನ್ಯಾ| ಪಿಯೂಸ್ ವಾಸ್, ಲಾರೇನ್ಸ್ ಡಿಸೋಜಾ, ಗ್ರೆಗೋರಿ ಡಿಸೋಜಾ, ಲಾರೇನ್ಸ್ ಕುವೆಲ್ಲೊ, ಜೋನ್ ಥೆರಾಟ್ಟಿಲ್, ಸ್ಟೇನ್ಲಿ ಲಸ್ರಾದೋ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾಜಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಹೆನ್ರಿ ಲೋಬೊ ಪುರಸ್ಕೃತರನ್ನು ಪರಿಚಯಿಸಿದರು. ಉಪ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಜೋನ್ ಮಾಥ್ಯು ಮತ್ತು ಆಲ್ಬರ್ಟ್ ಡಿಸೋಜಾ ಅತಿಥಿüಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಚಯಿಸಿದರು. ಜೀನ್ ಎ.ಸಿಕ್ವೇರಾ ಮತ್ತು ಫಿಲೋಮೆನಾ ಲೊಬೋ ಅತಿಥಿüಗಳಿಗೆ ಪುಷ್ಫಗುಪ್ಚ ನೀಡಿ ಗೌರವಿಸಿದ ರು. ಪ್ರಿಯಾ ಕ್ಲೈಡ್ ಅಂದ್ರಾದೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ನಿರೂಪಿಸಿದರು. ಆಗ್ನೇಲ್ಲೋ ರಾಜೇಶ್ ಅಥೈಡೆ ಧನ್ಯವದಿಸಿದರು.
