Udupi: The Karnataka Department of Education has issued a circular in the wake of controversy that Dr Ambedkar was not the only person to establish constitution, which was later withdrawn after public outrage.

Against this backdrop, the Karnataka Dalit Sangharsh Samiti Udupi and other likeminded associations at Martyrs Memorials, Ajjarkadu near Bhujanga park staged a protest on Friday, November 15, demanding the sacking of Chief Secretary of Karnataka state, Umashankar, who insulted Ambedkar.

Speaking on the occasion, great thinker and social activist G. Raj Shekhar condemned the State Chief secretary’s circular to the schools on Ambedkar who was not single person to establish the national constitution and said Dr Ambedkar himself a great expert on the constitution who studied constitutions of 60 countries. The first sentence in the constitution is against the BJPs ideology. There is no mention of a Hindu nation in the Constitution. He said that equality, justice and solidarity were given priority. In view of this, the Sangh Parivar said that the BJP and its affiliated organizations were opponents of the basic wish of the constitution.

The BJP is anti-religious with anti people. The whole world creator is God. But, how it can be possible to India is only holy which ideology of  Sangha Parivar, on the idea that if the whole world was created by Brahman, India would be the only good land. In this view, Ambedkar, Ramana Maharshi, and Gandhiji are saints in modern India and not Savarkar.

Then Dalit leader Sundar Master said, "Today we are protesting technically and we are going to protest massively in the next few days."

In five years, MPs bark at dog bites and MP Anant Kumar Hegde has switched sides. They are ttempting to insult Ambedkar systematically with Gandhiji. He demanded dismissal of chief secretary Umashankar Immediately, for his derogatory remarks on Dr Ambedkar.

Speaking on the occasion, the thinker Nagari Babayya, said that person is not born with greatness. Only when live really human realize that you are really human.

If the sun is about to steam in the face will fall on you. Similarly, Ambedkar’s derision is yours. Your purpose is to undermine democracy. Your purpose is to destroy equality. Playing a lie drama will teach you the right lesson. The chronicler comes history not will stay longer.

In the end, the outrage was expressed through the burning of the Circular.
