Udupi: SSLC exams will be held in all 51 examination centers in the district starting from June 25, and priority of the safety for the students in the Covid-19 background is the highest. There is no need for parents to worry, District Collector G. Jagdeesh said.

The SOP was created as per the instructions given by the High Court on the conduct of SSLC examination in the state. The application has given maximum priority to the safety of the students and all the SSLCs in the district. Sanitized at examination centers and sanitized again after each exams. Sanitizes are supplied by the Department of Education for each student, and 2 masks are distributed to each student with an exam admission card.

Steps were taken to check each student through a thermal scanner to provide access to a social space within the examination center, and a thermal scanner was arranged for 200 students. In the exam room, only 18 to 20 students will write exams, a route map has been set up to provide bus facilities to the students, teachers are assigned to take care of each route. A student, who has been deprived from attending any student examination, has taken action to avoid any inconvenience.

District Collector G. Jagadeesh said that the district authorities, parents and students who have been warned of filing a criminal case against the disturbing news spreaders and students who are concerned about the SSLC examination should contact the Education Department helpline for any confusion.

Private, KSRTC and private school buses have been arranged to facilitate transportation for students to attend exam centers and have received the necessary cooperation of  private bus owners’ association.

DC have asked students to bring home drinking hot water that they have picked up from home, and would check the social gap and check everyone through a thermal scanner, and then allowing the exam center. Students should arrive to the examinations as soon as possible.

DC G Jagadeesh said all the officials and co-coordinators of the SSLC examination in the district would be very successful in keeping with the Covid-19 safety measures with coordination of each other.

ಉಡುಪಿ : ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜೂನ್ 25 ರಿಂದ ಆರಂಭವಾಗುವ ಎಸ್.ಸ್.ಎಲ್.ಸಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗೆ ಒಟ್ಟು 14034 ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ನೊಂದಣಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಕೆಂದ್ರ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಹೊರ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಬರೆಯಲು 507 ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ನೊಂದಾಯಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು 82 ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಬರೆಯಲಿದ್ದು, ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಕೆಂದ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆಗೆ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಗರಿಷ್ಠ ಅದ್ಯತೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಜಿ.ಜಗದೀಶ್ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಅವರು ಸೋಮವಾರ, ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಕಚೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಎಸ್.ಎಸ್.ಎಲ್.ಸಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ನಡೆಸುವ ಕುರಿತ ನಡೆದ ಪೂರ್ವಬಾವಿ ಸಭೆಯ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆ ವಹಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು.

      ಎಸ್.ಎಸ್.ಎಲ್.ಸಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಾಗಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 51 ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ತೆರೆಯಲು ಸಿದ್ದತೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿಯಾಗಿ 12 ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಕಾಯ್ದಿರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಕನ್ನಡ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮದಲ್ಲಿ 4014 ಬಾಲಕರು ಮತ್ತು 3295 ಬಾಲಕಿಯರು, ಇಂಗ್ಲೀಷ್ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮದಲ್ಲಿ 3321 ಬಾಲಕರು ಮತ್ತು 3404 ಬಾಲಕಿಯರು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಒಟ್ಟು 7335 ಬಾಲಕರು ಮತ್ತು 6699 ಬಾಲಕಿಯರು ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ  ಎಂದು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಜಿ.ಜಗದೀಶ್ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

       ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂಪೂಣ್ ಸ್ಯಾನಿಟೈಸ್ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದ್ದು,ಪ್ರತೀ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯ ನಂತರ ಮತ್ತೊಮ್ಮೆ ಸ್ಯಾನಿಟೈಸ್ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು, ಪ್ರತಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗೆ 2 ಮಸ್ಕ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ಉಚಿತವಾಗಿ ವಿತರಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದು,  ಡಾ.ಜಿ.ಶಂಕರ್ ಟ್ರಸ್ಟ್ ವತಿಯಿಂದ 15000 ಮತ್ತು ಭಾರತ್ ಸ್ಕೌಟ್ಸ್ ಅಂಡ್ ಗೈಡ್ಸ್ ವತಿಯಿಂದ 13460 ಹಾಗೂ ಭಾರತ್ ವಿಕಾಸ್ ಟ್ರಸ್ಟ್ ವತಿಯಿಂದ 8000 ಮಾಸ್ಕ್ ಪೂರೈಕೆಯಾಗಿದೆ, ಪ್ರತೀ ಕೇಂದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಅಂತರ ಕಾಯ್ದುಕೊಂಡು ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ನಡೆಸಲು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅಗ್ಯ ಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಥರ್ಮಲ್ ಸ್ಕಾ್ಯನರ್ ಮೂಲಕ   ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಸಿದ್ದತೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ಪ್ರತೀ ಕೇಂದ್ರಕ್ಕೆ 4 ಮಂದಿ  ಭಾರತ್ ಸ್ಕೌಟ್ಸ್ ಅಂಡ್ ಗೈಡ್ಸ್ ಸ್ವಯಂ ಸೇವಕರನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಅಲ್ಲದೇ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ 2 ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಲಿದ್ದು, ಸೂಕ್ತ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಭದ್ರತೆ ಒದಗಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

     ಯಾವುದೇ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವುದರಿಂದ ವಂಚಿತನಾಗದಂತೆ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ ಒದಗಿಸಲು ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಿದ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ, ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಬರಲು ಯಾವ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಬಳಸುತ್ತಾರೆ ಎಂಬ ಬಗ್ಗೆ 2 ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡುವಂತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರುವಡೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳ ಬಸ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯುವಂತೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಖಾಸಗಿ ಬಸ್ ಗಳು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ತೊಂದರೆಯಾಗದಂತೆ ನಿಗಧಿತ ಸಮಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಓಡಾಟ ನಡೆಸುವಂತೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರುವಡೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಬಸ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ಓಡಿಸುವಂತೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

    ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಅನುಕೂಲಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ರೀತಿಯ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಸಹಕಾರ ನೀಡುವುದಾಗಿ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಬಸ್ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳ ಪ್ರಮುಖರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

    ಕಂಟೋನ್ಮೆಂಟ್ /ಸೀಲ್ ಡೌನ್ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಿಂದ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ಕೊಠಡಿ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮಾಡುವಂತೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಿದ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಜಿ.ಜಗದೀಶ್. ಈ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳಿಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗಲು ಮನೆಯಿಂದ ಹೊರಬರಲು ಅಗತ್ಯ ವಿನಾಯತಿ ನೀಡುವಂತೆ ಸಂಬಂದಪಟ್ಟ ತಹಸೀಲ್ದಾರ್ ಗಳಿಗೆ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನ ನೀಡಿದರು.

     ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಪಂಚಾಯತ್ ಸಿಇಓ ಪ್ರೀತಿ ಗೆಹಲೋತ್, ಎಸ್ಪಿ ವಿಷ್ಣುವರ್ಧನ್, ಅಪರ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಸದಾಶಿವ ಪ್ರಭು, ಎಎಸ್ಪಿ ಕುಮಾರ ಚಂದ್ರ, ಡಿಡಿಪಿಐ ಶೇಷಶಯನ ಕಾರಿಂಜ, ಪ್ರಾದೇಶಿಕ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ರಾಮಕೃಷ್ಣ ರೈ, ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಬಿ.ಇ.ಓ ಗಳು, ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಹಗೂ ವಿವಿಧ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು , ಕೆ.ಎಸ್.ಆರ್.ಟಿ.ಸಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಬಸ್ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರುಗಳು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.
