Udupi: KALLIANPUR ROTARY DIALYSIS CENTRE inaugurated at Goretti Hospital.

Santhekatte/Kallianpur, Sep 15, 2020: Rotary Club Kallianpur inaugurated the “THE KALLIANPUR ROTARY DIALYSIS CENTRE “ at  Goretti Hospital, Santhekatte, Udupi District on 11th September 2020.

A complete state of the art Dialysis facility, comprising of 3 Hemodialysis Machines, Reverse Osmosis Plant, Power Generator, Purpose built Beds, Electrical fittings, Air conditioners, UPS & Wash facility.

District Governor, RI Dist 3182, Rtn Rajaram Bhat unveiling the Plaque, Past Dist Governor Abhinandan A Shetty cut the ribbon to declare open the facilities in the presence of PDG Rtn Sadananda Chatra, Former District Global Grant Chairman, Sr Joyce James CMO of Goretti Hospital, Rtn HNS RAO technical document compiler, DR R N Bhat Visiting Doctor at the Goretti Hospital were  among a host of Rotarians, Guests and general public present at the Ceremony.

The Rupees 29 Lakhs facility was Sponsored and funded by The Rotary Foundation of Rotary international, R I Dist. 7450, Rotary Club Central Chester County, R I Dist. 7140 Rotary Club Smithfield and R I Dist. 3182, Rotary Club of Kallianpur.

Rev Fr Lesley D’Souza, Parish Priest of Mount Rosary Church, Santhekatte blessed the facility.  

Later A function Held at the Kallianpur Rotary Club House was attended by Dignitaries of Rotary Clubs, Sr Joyce James CMO of Goretti Hospital, Sr Priya Administrator along with a number of Rotarians, Nuns, Hospital staff and Guests, to Honor the Prime movers of the Project.
