Udupi : The state government under chief minister Yeddyurppa’s leadership proceeding towards good development and governance. No one should act above the party’s regulation and ideology, said BJP State President Nalin Kumar Kateel.

Speaking to media persons here on Thursday, November 12, in regard to BJP MLA Basangouda Yatnal recently spoke against his party, Nalin Kumar Kateel said that as far as Yatnal is concerned we had spoken with him about the party’s ideology, regulation and party’s well being. What action should be taken against him would be the party’s internal matter which would be be taken, he said.

To a query, in regard to attack on Congress MLA Srinivas Murth’s house at Bengaluru, Nalin Kumar Kateel said that a case has been registered against Sampathraj and in police investigation also proved the role of Sampathraj in the said rioting and arson. After the police investigation, Sampathraj has been absconding. Congress should answer in relation to absconding the accused, he said.  

Kateel said that D.K. Shivakumar has moral dignity, he should ask Sampathraj to surrender. The D.K. Shivakumar and Siddaramaiha have the role of absconding the Sampathkumar. The state government should arrest Sampathkumar immediately. Congress should hand over Sampathkumar to the police, he said.
