Udupi: Land scam victims meet MLA Bhat, submit petition and appeal for Justice.

Udupi, March 31, 221: Today the Udupi land scam victims went to the local MLAs house to submit the petition regarding land dispute in their case where thousands of innocent people who bought the land since 20 years and are not able built houses or they are able to sell them.

The land/Property was purchased through site developer’s who had sold pieces of land measuring 5, 10 cents and registered legally.
The present land regulation act which has become a nightmare for these site owners.

MLA Raghupathi Bhat has assured that it is the state government which is trying to solve the problem because there are lakhs of such victims who bought small sites, land and it is worth 45 thousand cores in total revenue to the state which has been delayed by the acts in land revenue ministry where the hearing is pending in the higher court.

There are about 7000 applications in Udupi alone and yet many more people have to submit those who are unaware of the present development.

Some of the buyers are away and many are senior citizens and sick people who can’t fight for the justice. The sad part of this land victim’s tragedy is many have died and during their last days they always had the hope on the justice system. They payed value for their land, payed registration fee in revenue department the registrar had verified and registered land and now how it is considered violation of the act said one old and sick victim.

MLA stressed that the case is in the court and our govt is is doing everything what they can. The regions development depends on people building houses and finishing the pending 7000 houses/sites will  contribute in large scale of the financial, social development of the  Udupi district, said the MLA and assured his full support for the peoples cause.

ಇಂದು ಉಡುಪಿ ಭೂ ಹಗರಣ ಸಂತ್ರಸ್ತರು ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಶಾಸಕರ ಮನೆಗೆ ತೆರಳಿ 20ವರುಷಗಳಿಂದ  ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ಖರೀದಿಸಿದ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಮುಗ್ಧ ಜನರು ತಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಭೂ ವಿವಾದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರು.

ಸೈಟ್ ಡೆವಲಪರ್‌ಗಳು 5, 10 ಸೆಂಟ್ಸ್ ಅಳತೆಯ ನಿವೇಶನ ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ಮಾರಾಟ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕಾನೂನುಬದ್ಧವಾಗಿ ನೋಂದಾಯಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಸ್ವಂತ ಮನೆ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲು ಅಥವಾ ತಮ್ಮ ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ಮಾರಾಟ ಮಾಡಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗದ ಈ ಸೈಟ್ ಮಾಲೀಕರಿಗೆ ದುಃಸ್ವಪ್ನವಾಗಿ ಮಾರ್ಪಟ್ಟಿರುವ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಭೂ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ.

ಶಾಸಕ ರಘುಪತಿ ಅವರು ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಪರಿಹರಿಸಲು ಅದ್ಭುತ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಭರವಸೆ ನೀಡಿದರು, ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಸಣ್ಣ ಸೈಟ್‌ಗಳು, ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ಖರೀದಿಸಿದ ಲಕ್ಷಾಂತರ ಮಂದಿ ಬಲಿಪಶುಗಳು ಇದ್ದಾರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಇದು ರಾಜ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ  ಆದಾಯದಲ್ಲಿ 45 ಸಾವಿರ ಕೊಟಿಗಳಷ್ಟು ಮೌಲ್ಯದ್ದಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಅಂದಾಜಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ  .  ಉನ್ನತ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಬಾಕಿ ಇರುವ ಭೂ ಕಂದಾಯ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

ಉಡುಪಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಮಾರು 7000 ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳಿವೆ ಮತ್ತು ಇನ್ನೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಜನರು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಸನ್ನಿವೇಶದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಿಳಿದಿಲ್ಲದವರು ಮುಂದೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ.
ಖರೀದಿದಾರರಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲವರು ದೂರವಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅನೇಕರು ಹಿರಿಯ ನಾಗರಿಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಅನಾರೋಗ್ಯಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ನ್ಯಾಯಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಹೋರಾಡಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ.
ಈ ಭೂ ಸಂತ್ರಸ್ತರ ದುರಂತದ ದುಃಖದ ಭಾಗವೆಂದರೆ ಅನೇಕರು ಸಾವನ್ನಪ್ಪಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ನ್ಯಾಯದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಭರವಸೆ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದರು.

ಕಂದಾಯ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಂದಾಯಿತ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ಪಾವತಿಸಿದ ನೋಂದಣಿ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ಅವರು ನೋಂದಾಯಿಸಿದರು.
ಈಗ ಇದನ್ನು ಕೃತ್ಯದ ಉಲ್ಲಂಘನೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಗೆ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ವಯಸ್ಸಾದ ಮತ್ತು ಅನಾರೋಗ್ಯದ ಬಲಿಪಶು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಈ ಪ್ರಕರಣವು ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಶಾಸಕರು ಒತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು, ನಮ್ಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಹೊಂದುತ್ತಿರುವ ಮನೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸುವುದರ ಮೇಲೆ ಅವಲಂಬಿತವಾಗಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು 7000 ಮನೆಗಳು ಉಡುಪಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಬಲ ದೃಡತೆ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿವೆ.

7000 ಸೈಟ್‌ಗಳು ಮನೆಗಳಿಲ್ಲದೆ ನಿಷ್ಫಲವಾಗಿ ಬರಿ ಬಂಜಾರು ಭುಮಿ.  ಅದು ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯ ಹಿನ್ನಡೆಯಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿದೆ!
