Print Udupi : “Family Day with Youth “ program organized by Udupi Deanery ICYM and Udupi Church unit of the ICYM at Bishop’s House Hall on Sunday, 21st September, 2014.
Rev Fr. Alban D’Souza Director of Udupi Deanery ICYM, Rev Fr. Clement Mascarenhas Secretary of Catholic Education Society of Udupi Diocese, Rev Fr. Wilson D’Souza Asst Parish Priest of Udupi Church, Prof. Vincent Alva of Milagres College and Resource Person of the day, Don D’Souza President of ICYM Udupi Deanery, Rayan Menezes President of Udupi Church ICYM, Gracian Buthello Secretary of Udupi church pastoral council and Walter D’Souza Coordinator of ICYM Udupi Church unit were present on the dais.
Fr. Wilson D’Souza conducted prayer on Our Lady of Nativity and all participants offered flowers to statue of child Mary. Speaking on the occasion Fr. Clement Mascarenhas said that Jesus is the centre of our life. Those who take Jesus as centre of their life then the life will be successful. Fr. Alban D’Souza gave introduction talk and blessed the occasion.
Prior to the programs invocation prayer held by Viviana Saldanha and group. Rayan Menezes welcomed the gatherings. Vivina Saladanha proposed vote of thanks. Dinner was served with traditional Monthi Fest meal with various vegetables on leaves of the Banana. Udupi Deanery ICYM members participated during the celebration of Family Day with Youth.
