Print Udupi : Thonse Zone Brahmin Committee organized awarding scholarship programme at Sri. B. Laxminarayana Rao Gudyam near Kemmannu residence “Aradhana” on 5th July, 2015. The program started with Vedic celebrations and bhajans followed by lunch.
II PUC 2014 batch students who secured distinction were felicitated and awarded scholarships for their future higher studies. Scholarship awarded to Sri. S. V. Ramesh Rao of Haleyangadi triplets children Sri. R. Shrisha (99%), Sri. R. Sriram (98%) and Kum. R. Sriraksha (91%).
To succeed the dream of the triplets the members of Brahmin Committee arranged to provide further financial help to these triplets the following sponsors agreed to give scholarship as :
To study of four year engineering course of Shrisha, daughter of Late P. Rama Rao of Padukundru, Smt. Rama K. Raj Belgaum sponsored second year scholarship.
Meanwhile Sri. R. Sriram and Kum. R. Sriraksha’s second year higher studies scholarship provided by the following :
Retired teacher B. Laxminarayana Rao’s son Sri. B. Ramaprasad Rao entrepreneur of Mumbai Rs. 15,000/=,
Retired teacher B. Laxminarayana Rao Gudyam Rs. 5,000/=,
National Award winner teacher Late B. V. Gopalakrsihna Rao’s son Mumbai Entrepreneur Sri. B. Ramananda Rao Rs. 10,000/=,
Popular Doctor of Kemmannu Dr. B. Devdas Bhat Rs. 5,000/=,
Canara Bank Goa Branch Manager Sri Ravi Upadyaya Badanidiyoor Rs. 5,000/=.
All these donors and sponsors agreed to provide the same for the next academic year of their studies. Thonse Brahmin committee gave the gratitude to these sponsors.
