Amara Chethana Santha Juze Vaz the first Kannada film was released and blessed by Most Rev. Dr. Aloysius Paul D’Souza, bishop of Mangalore at Rosario Cathedral Managlore. Mr. J.R. Lobo, MLA was the chief guest. V.Rev. J.B. Crasta, vicar of Rosario Cathedral, Vinod Gangolli,director of the film, Rev. Fr. Paul D’Souza, Asst parish priest of Rosario, Dolphy D’Souza vice president of the Cathedral and Ashwin Monteiro the artist were present on the occasion.
Bishop A.P. D’Souza appreciated Vinod Gangolli, the director of Saint Joseph Vaz centre Mangalore for his venture to produce the film on the Saints life and wished all success for this project. Mr. J.R. Lobo congratulated the whole team for producing this beautiful film on the life of Saint Joseph Vaz. Fr. J.B. Crasta presented the Keynote address.
