Vth  Diocesan Youth convention 2016 held at Shimoga

Shimoga, Nov 2016: Yuvamitra is the Youth Commission of the diocese of Shimoga had convened 5th Diocesan Youth Convention on 28th-30th October 2016 at Sacred Heart Cathedral Campus at Shimoga. There were 650 youth of ICYM, YCS/YSM and Don Bosco Youth actively participated in this event. This three day long Convention consisted of different activities like Teachings of the Church, Interactive Work Shops, Youth Masses & meditations, Awesome Music, Group Dynamics, Cultural Evening, Faith Walk, Youth Rally for Peace, Swatch Bharath Andholan and awareness program with Street play in Public Places.

The program was organized by ICYM and YCS/YSM diocesan office bearers under the able leadership of Rev. Fr. Ronald Veigas, Diocesan Youth Director of Shimoga.
