Udupi: Kemmannu.com Journo Richard D’Souza Felicitated by Paryaya Sri, Sri Sugunendra Tirtha Swamiji.

In a felicitation ceremony to the media personaliteis held at the Rajangan, Sri Sugunendra Tirtha Swamiji of Puthige Matha felicitated Mr. Richard D’souza, Journalist cum editor of Kemmannu.com with a Shawl, Mommento and cash reward for his services during the recently held Udupi Paryaya.

Richard D’souza from Kallianpur is an active member of Udupi Press Club. He is also rendering his services to Catholic Sabha and Vincent De Paul Societies of Milagres Cathedral, Kallianpur and into his active journalism since last two decades.

Many other active members of Udupi Press Club were felicitated during the event.

Sri Sugunendra Tirtha Swamiji of Puthige Math took charge of the Paryaya Peetha on 18th Jan, 2024.

The Paryaya celebration marks the initiation of a two-year term during which a Swamiji, among the eight pontiffs of Udupi Krishna Math, will be responsible for conducting the daily pooja to Sri Krishna. This time, Sri Sugunendra Tirtha Swamiji ascended the Paryaya.
