2018 ಆಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ 07 ರಂದು ಭಾನುವಾರ 6.30 ಗಂಟೆಯಿಂದ ಶಕ್ತಿನಗರದ ಕಲಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಂಡ್ ಸೊಭಾಣ್‍ನ 202 ನೇ ತಿಂಗಳ ವೇದಿಕೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ನಡೆಯಲಿದೆ. ಅಂತರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಸಂಗೀತ ದಿನವನ್ನು ಸುಮೇಳ್ ಗಾಯನ ತಂಡವು `ಸಂಗೀತ್ ಸಂಸಾರ್’ ಹೆಸರಲ್ಲಿ ಆಚರಿಸಲಿದೆ. ಇವರೊಡನೆ ಬ್ಲೂ ಏಂಜಲ್ಸ್ ತಂಡವು ಕೈ ಜೋಡಿಸಲಿದ್ದು, ಕೊಂಕಣಿ, ಹಿಂದಿ, ಬಂಗಾಲಿ, ಆಂಗ್ಲ ಭಾಷೆಯ ಗೀತೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾಡಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಹಿರಿಯ ಕೊಂಕಣಿ ಸಂಗೀತಗಾರ ಮೆಲ್ವಿನ್ ಪೆರಿಸ್ ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಲಿದ್ದು ಅಂದು ಸಿತಾರ ಮಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಉಸ್ತಾದ್ ರಫಿಕ್ ಖಾನ್ ಇವರಿಗೆ `ಸಂಗೀತ ಸೌರಭ’ ಬಿರುದು ನೀಡಿ ಗೌರವಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಮುಕ್ತ ಪ್ರವೇಶವಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಕಟನೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ.
