Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader Praful Patel has urged all parties in Goa to come together and form Aghadi against the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
After Shiv Sena Sanjay Raut’s statement on Goa politics, Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader Praful Patel prompted all parties to come together and form Aghadi against the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
"Like in Maharashtra where we formed Maha Vikas Aghadi bringing all parties together and fighting against the BJP, now it is time for all parties in Goa to form an alliance," Praful Patel said.
Praful Patel said, "We have started primary talks and in coming times, we will go to Goa and have a discussion together on how to go about and plan things."
Sanjay Raut had said earlier said that Goa Forward Party leader and former Deputy Chief Minister of Goa Vijay Sardesai had met him and senior NCP leaders On Friday.
"There will be a political earthquake in Gao soon. Goa Forward Party president and ex-Deputy Chief Minister of Goa Vijai Sardesai, along with three MLAs, is forming an alliance with Shiv Sena," Sanjay Raut had said.
"A new political front is taking shape in Goa just like it happened in Maharashtra," Sanjay Raut had said.
