Print Applications are Invited for Kalakul Konkani Drama Repertory
Applications are invited for 1 year diploma course in Konkani theatre by Konkani’s lone theatre repertory KALAKUL run by Mandd Sobhann. Selected artists will be trained in theatre and cinema and will get stipend of Rs. 2500/- per month, This one year diploma course will commence from July 3, 2023 and concludes on June 30, 2024, training will be held from Monday to Friday, in the evening from 6.00 to 8:30 pm.
Interview and selection will be held on Sunday June 25th, 10am at Kalangann, Shaktinagar, Mangalore.
Since its establishment in 2008, Kalakul so far successfully completed 12 batches and trained over 100 artists. Kalakul - pioneers of modern theatre in Konkani, produced 52 plays so far and presented over 250 shows in India and gulf.
Konkani origin male and female of age group from 15 to 35 are eligible to apply. For more details and registration call 63640 22333.
