Mumbai/Bengaluru, July 21, 2012 – Interface has been recognized among the top corporate sustainability leaders as per the Globescan survey of 825 opinion leaders from corporate, government, academic/reach and other organizations.
 
Launched in 1994, the annual Globescan survey of sustainability experts is a survey about the trends in sustainability, and gives strategic insights and predictions about the social and environmental global issues.  A commitment to sustainability values remains the primary reason a company is cited as a sustainability leader.
 
The special relevance about this survey is that the question about corporate leaders is unprompted and they have named Interface, a relatively small multinational operating in the B2B market, ahead of such well known massive companies with consumer brands like Walmart, Nike, Patagonia and Toyota.
 
Interface has been consistently rated among the top three companies year on year and has earned strong global reputation amongst sustainability experts. The company has demonstrated that sustainability makes a good couple with business strategy and that it is heading in the right direction by pushing the envelope on innovation and change.
