Print B.L.Gautam,who begin his career working as a Customs Officer and retired with a VRS. In custom he worked 20 years in custom’s intelligent departments. After retiring, he took up the position of Vice president in Zee TV and went on to become the director. He produced movie ’Khosla Ka Ghosla,’for Zee TV. Then he went on to
become COO of B4U. After that he was appointed senior vice president in UTV. His next venture as a producer for UTV was ’A Wednesday,’ featuring Anupam Kher and Nasir. Currently he is the Director of Mumbai Mantra, the media arm of Mahindra & Mahindra Group.
Continuing with his love for writing, this year in February he released a novel ’Andy Leelu,’ which was published by and Indian and an American publishers. The novel saw sailed of 10,000 copies. Now,B.L.Gautam Hasfinished his second book in English, ’Mohammed a Mechanic and Mary a Maid.’ It consists of 5 stories titled Mohammed a Mechanic and Mary a Maid, Easy Savitri, Invisible Rendition, Love Story (1973 - 99) and Fool’ Promise, in addition to theme story.
To promote both books, B.L. Gautam has adopted a unique method. He has &commissioned a song which mentions both his books i.e. Andy Leelu &’Mohammed a Mechanic and Mary a Maid and will make it a music video, which will be distributed to all the music channels & You Tube. B.L.Gautam says that the world has changed. Without right promotion, nothing sells. We writers should adopt newer methods of making books popular. Literature is dying. My book is expected to be made as a movie and I am already in talks with some producers."

Today about two-third of India is off the balance sheet, as off as the dark matter in our Universe. But the kind of darkness Creation can afford in its astoundingly roomy belly, a nation can’t, unless annihilation is the fate it has chosen. I am not talking about the much-talked about black economy we have all around our existence. Black economy is just one black hole sucking the large amount of light our sizeable citizenry generates. My point is the all-encompassing legislative, administrative and systemic darkness that has lately become our inescapable fate. The cosmologists found a handiest way to deal with the indeterminable problem of dark matter/energy — they ignored it. That is sadly not possible in a world where the bread is mostly a few inches out of reach and the death is at a kissing distance. The nation has suffered, and is still suffering the cosmic blunder its leadership committed by ignoring two-third of the population.
