Ambuja Cements adjudged ‘Best brand’ in Cement

New Delhi, 22nd November, 2012: Ambuja Cements Ltd. (ACL) was adjudged the Best Brand in the cement category at the Zee Business Good Home Awards.  The award was presented by Urban Development & Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kamal Nath to Mr. Deepak Mehra, ACL’s Senior VP (Mktg), at a function held in the capital recently.

ACL’s CEO Ajay Kapur said, “I am delighted with the award, which has come after the FICCI Gold Award and National Awards for Occupational Health & Safety bagged by us recently.”

About Zee Business Good Home Awards:
The channel had commissioned IPSOS, a global market research agency, to conduct a consumer survey and poll some of the key stakeholders for home products that included existing users, intending/ prospective buyers and contractors to arrive at a ranking of best brands in 15 categories. The parameters for the survey included: familiarity/ brand image; trust/ quality; innovative products/ solutions; company recommended by trade; availability/ dealer network/ after sales service.
