Anna to celebrate Independence Day in US, will deliver speech on Gandhigiri

Print Social activist and anti-corruption crusader Anna Hazare is all set to take his talk of ’Gandhigiri’ to the United States.
Hazare has been invited to the US on the occasion of India’s Independence Day celebrations by the Federation of Indian Associations (FIA), where he will take part in the annual Indian Day Parade, which is organised in New York by the Indian diaspora.
Hazare will be the Guest of Honour in the parade. The activist will be going to the US along with his close aide Bishambar Chaudhary.
Among the other programmes that Hazare would attend is a dinner by Indian American politican and South Carolina governor Nikki Haley Chaudhary, however, said the schedule for his programmes in the US is still to be decided.
"Yes, we have got the invite by the FIA" said Chaudhary. The parade is an annual event held on August 18 and is called the India Day Parade; this year it would begin at Madison Avenue and end at E-23th street.
Chaudhary said the anti-corruption crusader was in much demand by the Indian diaspora who want to listen to his talks.
He added that there was tremendous in the US as people want to know how he led such a massive anti-corruption movement without any violence and how India is still peaceful despite its diversity.
Sanjay Amin, president of the FIA, is already impressed by Hazare.

SHOCKED TO KNOW ANNA HAZARE WILL SHARE DIAS WITH MOST CORRUPT RACIST FIA
I am shocked to know that Shri Anna Hazare Ji is going to participate in this Parade organized in the name of India Day Parade by self proclaimed Leaders from Gujarati community. It looks like FIA an organization of Thugs with no vision for India or its culture or traditions is buying legitimacy by bringing Shri Anna Hazare Ji to their annual Day Parade. No high achiever self made Indian as well as American practicing high moral and ethical values wants to participate in this parade that is nothing but an insult to India and every Indian around the world.
My sincere thanks to CG Dnyaneshwar Mulay; like a beacon of hope who called for transparency, accountability, full financial disclosures and representation of all faiths and states of India in FIA. CG Mulay’s predecessor for reasons best known to them never criticized FIA; especially CG Prabhu Dayal who was publicly humiliated in 2009 and was put on a float with an absconding criminal Nirav Mehta from India to lead the this Parade as FIA President in 2010.
It is my strong opinion as well as the opinion of so many honest individuals of Indian community in New York New Jersey that Anna Ji will ruin his public image as a fighter against corruption by joining the most corrupt and racist Indian organization FIA in America. We make a humble request to Shri Anna Hazare Ji not to attend any India Day Parade in America that is nothing but Insult to India by these people with no vision for India and respect for its rich culture and traditions.
