Attack case from Kemmannu registered at the Malpe Police Station

Malpe/Kemmannu, July 28, 2013: In an case registered today at the Malpe Police Staion, Richard Frank Lewis, S/O Late Philip Lawrance Lewis, residing at Matrachaya, behind kemmannu church complained that he was abused and manhandle by Mrs. Jyothi Lewis,  while coming back from kemmannu church after attending the Sunday Mass at 8.40 AM.

A case has been registered at the malpe police station under section 143, 147, 341, 323, 324, 355, 504, 506 and IPC 149.

ದಿನಾಂಕ:28/07/2013 ರಂದು 8:40 ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ಪಿರ್ಯಾದಿದಾರರಾದ ರಿಚರ್ಡ್ ಫ್ರಾಂಕ್ ಲೂವಿಸ್ (61) ತಂದೆ:ದಿವಂಗತ ಫಿಲಿಪ್ ಲಾರೆನ್ಸ್ ಲೂವಿಸ್ ವಾಸ:ಮಾತೃಛಾಯ, ಕೆಮ್ಮಣ್ಣು ಇಗರ್ಜಿ ಹಿಂಬದಿ, ಮೂಡುತೋನ್ಸೆ ಗ್ರಾಮರವರು ಇಗರ್ಜಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪೂಜೆ ಮಗಿಸಿ ಮನೆಗೆ ಹೋಗಲು ಇಗರ್ಜಿ ಕಂಪೌಂಡ್ ಬಳಿ ಬಂದಾಗ ಆರೋಪಿತರಾದ 1)ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ತೆರೆಸಾ ಡಿ’ಸೋಜಾ 2) ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಜ್ಯೋತಿ ಲೂವಿಸ್ 3) ಹ್ಯೂಬರ್ಟ ಲೂವಿಸ್ 4) ಚಾರ್ಲಿ ಲೂವಿಸ್ 5)ಸಿಬಿಲ್ ಲೂವಿಸ್ ಅವರು ಸಮಾನ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ರಿಚರ್ಡ್ ಫ್ರಾಂಕ್ ಲೂವಿಸ್‌ರವರನ್ನು ಸುತ್ತುವರಿದು ಹಿಡಿದುಕೊಂಡು ಆರೋಪಿ ಜ್ಯೋತಿ ಲೂವಿಸ್ ಬೆನ್ನಿಗೆ, ಮುಖಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಗೂ ದೇಹದ ಇತರ ಭಾಗಕ್ಕೆ ಹೊಡೆದು ದೈಹಿಕ ಹಲ್ಲೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಾನ ಹಾನಿ ಮಾಡಿರುತ್ತಾರೆಂದು ರಿಚರ್ಡ್ ಫ್ರಾಂಕ್ ಲೂವಿಸ್‌ರವರು ನೀಡಿದ ದೂರಿನಂತೆ ಮಲ್ಪೆ ಠಾಣಾ ಅಪರಾಧ ಕ್ರಮಾಂಕ 100/2013 ಕಲಂ: 143, 147, 341, 323, 324,355,504,506 ಜೊತೆಗೆ 149 ಐಪಿಸಿಯಂತೆ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ.
