Women Empowerment & Training Program was held at Bunts Sangha Kurla (E) on 23rd December 2014

Women Empowerment & Training Program  was held at Bunts Sangha Kurla (E) by Mrs Sujatha Shetty Mundkur , Bunts Sangha, City Region Vice Chairperson Mahila Vibhag on 23rd December 2014 wherein more than 100 women took part . It was in association with  popularly known as Chitah Yajnesh Shetty ( as his moves are faster than animal Chitah).

 By and by, he became a permanent fitness guru for Bollywood. He has been training newcomers along with veteran film stars for the last 35 years. .  1st Indian to get  " stima award of honourable mention 2014’. For the contribution in the field of martial arts," bharath gaurav award " for the nirbhaya women empowerment and training programme.

Women with age ranging from 20 years old to 60 plus, were very satisfied , As Yajnesh, taught them simple steps to defend themselves, also some Pressure points in a human body , which can be used at defense also attack the attacker on those points to make them fearful  and weak, so that one can defend themselves.  He also said that quick move by the victim towards the attacker too make them fear and we can save ourselves, by attacking some with the hand and fist or elbow etc.

All were very happy to learn these simple steps, as it also gives one develop a strong mind, also kind of exercise for our body.
