Moodbidri based Justice S Abdul Nazeer becomes Supreme Court judge
Mangaluru: Moodbidri based Kannadiga, senior judge at Karnataka High Court; Justice S. Abdul Nazeer was elevated as the judge of Supreme Court on Friday. Justice Abdul Nazeer was born on January 5, 1958 near Moodbidri as a son of Fakir Saheb.
Justice Nazeer completed his B.Com degree at Mahaveera College, Moodbidri and later he obtained law degree from SDM Law College, Mangaluru. He enrolled as an advocate in 1983. He was elevated as an additional judge of the Karnataka High Court in 2003 and later he was appointed as a permanent judge in 2004.
