Print Doha Qatar: Indian Cultural Centre (ICC) under the aegis of Embassy of India conducted its 5th Karate Tournament over two days followed by Prize distribution ceremony at ICC Ashoka Hall. The function was inaugurated by Mr. K M Varghese, President, IBPC.
He congratulated ICC for successfully conducting Karate Tournament and appreciated the efforts of ICC to conduct programs that help to improve the physical fitness and health lifestyles. ICC President Milan Arun delivered presidential address. Mr. Manjunatha Kerekoppa Seetarama- International Car Racer was the Guest of Honor for the program. Mr. Shanib Shamsudheen, Operations Manager-City Exchange was also present.
Prizes to the winners handed over by Mr. K M Varghese, Mrs. Milan Arun and Mr. Manjunatha Kerekoppa Seetarama.
Adv. Jaffarkhan M, Head of Sports-ICC welcomed the guests and audiences and Mr. K S Prasad, Head of Membership-ICC proposed Vote of Thanks. Mr. Juttas Paul, General Secretary-ICC, conducted the program.
The sponsor of the event was City Exchange. Tournament was attended by more than 120 karate students of ICC.
