ಮುಂಬಯಿ, ಅ.27: ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ದಸರಾ ವೇಳೆಗೆ ಬಿದ್ದು ಹೋಗುತ್ತೆ, ದೀಪಾವಳಿ ಹಬ್ಬದವರೆಗೆ ಉಳಿಯುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ದೃಶ್ಯ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳು ಮನಸೋ ಇಚ್ಛೆ ಮನಬಂದಂತೆ ವರದಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿವೆ. ಆದರೆ ಮುದ್ರಣ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮದ ಸ್ನೇಹಿತರು ದಿನಪತ್ರಿಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಜನತೆಗೆ ನಿಖರವಾದ ವರದಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡುತ್ತಾ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಜನಪರವಾದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸತ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹತ್ತಿರವಾದ ವರದಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ತಮ್ಮ ಮನದಾಳದ ನೋವನ್ನು ಹೊರಹಾಕಿದ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳು ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಲೋಡ್ ಶೆಡ್ಡಿಂಗ್ ಮಾಡಿಲ್ಲ, ನಾನು ರಾಜ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಕತ್ತಲೆಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಲು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಯಾಗಿಲ್ಲ, ದಯಮಾಡಿ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳು ನಿಖರವಾದ ವರದಿಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಎಂಬುದಷ್ಟೇ ನನ್ನ ಮನವಿಯಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಹೆಚ್.ಡಿ ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು ಇಂದು ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಶ್ರೀರಂಗ ಚಿತ್ರಮಂದಿರದ ಆವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಬೃಹತ್ ಪ್ರಚಾರ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು.

ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಮೂರು ಲೋಕಸಭೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಎರಡು ವಿಧಾನಸಭಾ ಉಪ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೇಸ್-ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ ಮೈತ್ರಿಕೂಟದ ಅಭ್ಯಥಿರ್üಗಳು ಜಯಭೇರಿ ಬಾರಿಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ, ರೈತಾಪಿ ವರ್ಗದ ಹಿತವನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡದೇ ರೈತವಿರೋಧಿಯಂತೆ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯ ವಿರೋಧಿ ಆಗಿರುವ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಪಕ್ಷವನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಪ್ರಬುದ್ಧ ಮತದಾರರು ಸಾರಾಸಗಟಾಗಿ ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಜಡಿಎಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷವು ರೈತರ ಸ್ವಾಭಿಮಾನವನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿಹಿಡಿದು, ರೈತರ ಸಾಲಮನ್ನಾ ಮಾಡುವ ಐತಿಹಾಸಿಕ ನಿರ್ಧಾರವನ್ನು ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿದೆ.

ನಾನು ದೈವಬಲದಿಂದ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಯಾಗಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದು ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಸಮಗ್ರವಾದ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯನ್ನು ಗುರಿಯನ್ನಾಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ.ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಜನರು ಪಾವತಿಸಿರುವ ತೆರಿಗೆಯ ಹಣವನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯದ ರೈತರ ಸಾಲಮನ್ನಾಕ್ಕೆ ಬಳಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಖಜಾನೆಯು ಭರ್ತಿಯಾಗಿದೆ, ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಅವರು ಆಪಾಧನೆ ಮಾಡುವಂತೆ ಖಜಾನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಣವು ಖಾಲಿಯಾಗಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಆಕ್ರೋಶ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.

ಉಪಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಪಕ್ಷವು ಎಷ್ಟೇ ಅಪಪ್ರಚಾರ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಬೊಬ್ಬೆ ಹಾಕಿದರೂ ಮೈತ್ರಿಕೂಟದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಭರ್ಜರಿ ಗೆಲುವು ಸಾಧಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಅಪಪ್ರಚಾರಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಿವಿಗೊಡದೇ ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್-ಕಾಂಗ್ರೇಸ್ ಮೈತ್ರಿ ಅಭ್ಯಥಿರ್üಯಾಗಿ ಕಣದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಮಾಜಿ ಶಾಸಕ, ಜನಪರ ಹೋರಾಟಗಾರ ಎಲ್.ಆರ್.ಶಿವರಾಮೇಗೌಡರ ಭತ್ತದತೆನೆಯ ಹೊರೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊತ್ತಿರುವ ರೈತ ಮಹಿಳೆಯ ಗುರ್ತಿಗೆ ಮತನೀಡಿ ಹರಸಿ ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿದರು.
ಪ್ರಚಾರ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಲೋಕೋಪಯೋಗಿ ಸಚಿವ ಹೆಚ್.ಡಿ.ರೇವಣ್ಣ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಮಂಡ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಹಾಸನ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳೆರಡೂ ದೇವೇಗೌಡರಿಗೆ ಎರಡು ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳಿದ್ದಂತೆ ಮಂಡ್ಯ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯನ್ನು ಕಡೆಗಣಿಸುವ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಯೇ ಇಲ್ಲ, ಮಂಡ್ಯ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಉಸ್ತುವಾರಿ ಸಚಿವ ಸಿ.ಎಸ್ ಪುಟ್ಟರಾಜು ಅವರ ಕೋರಿಕೆಯಂತೆ ಶ್ರೀರಂಗಪಟ್ಟಣದಿಂದ ಚನ್ನರಾಯಪಟ್ಟಣದ ವರೆಗಿನ ರಸ್ತೆಯನ್ನು ಚತುಷ್ಪಥ ರಸ್ತೆಯನ್ನಾಗಿ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಪಡಿಸುವ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಮಂಡ್ಯ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗೆ ಪಶುವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಕಾಲೇಜನ್ನು ಆರಂಭಿಸಲು ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವುದಾಗಿ ಭರವಸೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.

Mumbai Oct. 28 :- The second day opened the series of fashion shows with designer Kehia by Kashmiraa who showcased her bridal collection which comprised of chic & contemporary designs. The young designer had the stunning Malaika Arora Khan who walked the ramp for her. This was followed by Sonal Chauhan fronting Sneha Parekh’s debut bridal collection. The next showcase was by designer renowned celebrity designer Shehlaa Khan who unveiled her festive/bridal collection with jewellers Motisons and they had the fabulous Jacqueline Fernandez take stage for them. Fashion stalwart Debarun Mukherjee then displayed his latest wedding collection comprising of intricate embroidered pieces with jewellers Zewar and the stunning debutant Kritika Kamra took a graceful bow for them. Reeti Arneja showcased her glistening ensemble with Daisy Shah closing for them. The finale show for day 2 was by designer Sulkashana Monga in association with Maalka fine jewellery, who had the gorgeous Karishma Tanna taking the ramp to present his stunning bridal line

Mumbai: Maitreyi Foundation founded by Ms.Kamal Shabnam Kapoor is being revived by her children Director Producer Seema Kapoor. The Foundation has worked for the betterment of several women and children and motivated women in society to go ahead and achieve their goals. Taking this noble initiative further, Ms.Seema Kapoor held a screening of her Award Winning film for the all women station – Matunga Railway Station and MLA (Versova) and Social Activist Dr.Bharti Lavekar. 

Ms.Seema Kapoor’s Film “HAAT THE WEEKLY BAZAR” has been to several Film Festivals in India and abroad including Tongues on Fire London Film Festival, Hidden Gems Festival, Canada, MAMI Mumbai Film Festival, Jagran International Film Festival, Jaipur International Film Festival amongst others and garnered immense acclaim. The Film has been written and directed Ms.Seema Kapoor who held this special screening for the Star Cast of the Movie including Ms.Divya Dutta,                        Ms. Aroushika Dey, Ms.Meenal Kapoor. Apart from the Cast & Crew, eight women from Matunga Railway Station which is an all-Woman’s Station, Ms.Jhanvi Kapoor, Mr.Boney Kapoor, and Renowned Singer Jaspinder Narula watched the Movie and applauded the Writer Director for thoughtful insight into the life of Rajasthani Women, based on a story of custom called Natha Pratha. The movie is all about how a helpless woman shows courage and takes a stand for her own dignity. In this period of time where everyone is encouraging woman empowerment, movies like “HAAT - THE WEEKLY BAZAAR” inspire women`s to take stand for their self and for their respect, In this’ New Era’ of time still there are some corners of India were woman are not able to take stand for their self, this movie will inspire them to stand against all the odds.

Ms.Seema Kapoor seemed very happy and content on the occasion as it was a moment of double celebration for her. “I have been long wanting to revive my mother’s foundation and today I have started working in this direction by felicitating the Railway Women and Dr.Lavekar. As a Filmmaker we make movies, but these are the people who in actuality live the movies by their strong grit and determination and fighting the odds on every single day.”

Ms.Jhanvi Kapoor too echoed the sentiments and said, “I am so honoured to be able to meet all these hardworking women and being able to honour them today. Seemaji’s film is such a motivation for all us women and to show that there is so much more that needs to be done for the women in the society and by the women of our society.”
