Basavaraj Bommai appointed as Udupi district in-charge

Bengaluru/Udupi : As per the directions of Governor of Karnataka Vajubhai Vala, Deputy Secretary (Administration), Government of Karnataka, M B. Vijayakumar has rolled out a list of district in-charge ministers for all the 31 districts. Home Minister Basavaraj Bommai has been appointed as district in-charge minister for Udupi and Fisheries and Ports minister Kota Srinivas Poojary has been appointed as the district in-charge minister for Dakshina Kannada district.
According to a government circular, V Sommanna has been appointed as the district in-charge minster for Kodagu and Mysuru.
Others in the list include CM B S Yeddyurappa for Bengaluru Urban, DCM Govind Karajol for Bagalkote and Kalaburgi, DR C N Ashwath Narayan for Ramanagar and Chikkaballapura, Laxman Savadi for Koppala and Ballari, R Ashok for Bengaluru Rural and Mandya, K S Eshwarappa for Shivamogga and Davanagere, B Sreeramulu for Chitradurga and Raichuru, S Suresh Kumar for Chamarajanagar and Jagadish Sheettar for Hubballi-Dharwad and Belagavi, C T Ravi for Chikkamagaluru, Suresh Kumar for Chamarajnagar, JC Madhuswamy for Tumakuru and Hassan, Chandrakanth Patil for Vijayapura and Gadag, H Nagesh for Kolar.
