WE District 323 A2 is proud to be part of The National Blind Cricket Tournament 2020  organised by The Blind Welfare Organization India, in succession for third year which is held  for 3 days this year from 20th to 22ndJanuary,2020

WE District 323 A2 is proud to be part of The National Blind Cricket Tournament 2020 organised by The Blind Welfare Organization India, in succession for third year which is held for 3 days this year from 20th to 22nd January,2020 at  Wilson Gymkhana, the finale being held at  Islam Gymkhana, Marine Lines. WE District 323 A2 Sponsored for cash prizes given to the winners on finale day, on 22 January 2020 from 2.00 pm onwards.

In this tournament the teams of Visually Impaired Cricketers of 8 states namely Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, West Bengal, Punjab,Telangana and  Andhra Pradesh took part in competing for the prizes. States WE Savitha Nayak, resident of Belapur.

WE Clubs who Participated: WE Club of Vashi Navi Mumbai, WE Club of Navi Mumbai Pride, WE Club of Uran, WE Club of Chembur, WE
Club of Vasant Vihar, WE Club Ville Parle also by RCs WE Rajalaxmi Iyer, WE Neelam Bhatia,  WE Ujwala Chinchole,  WE Vandana Gharat says WE Sudha Kamath.

The Finale was attended by WE Savitha Nayak, Founder, WE Art Bhatia, WE District Secretary, WE Sudha Kamath, WE District
Treasurer, WE Mala Shetty, Imm. Past District President, WE Abha Saxena,of WE club of Vashi Navi Mumbai.

Expected expenditure for the event is around 1065700/- (Ten Lac Sixty Five Thousand Seven Hundred Only), being against Prizes,
Sports Equipments, Medical, T-Shirts – Caps with printing and local travelling & Food done with donation,s  States Visually Impaired Mr.
Arun Bharaskar President of Blind Welfare Organization. The main sponsors like Siyaram’s, SBI, ABP etc.

Winner team this year too was from Gujrat, Cricketer Mr Sanjay Bangar was present along with dignitaries from SBI, ABP etc.
also President of Islam gymkhana.

The  organization also caters to scholarship to blind students , Self-employment , Sports Activities, the State and National Level Cricket
Tournament for the blinds yearly. Plus Personal Development says Mr Baraskar from Nashik.
