Kemmannu, April 13, 2020: In an FIR registered at the Malpe police station, it is mentioned that the thieves entered Sarovar Bar, Kemmannu and made away with Rs. 15457/= liquor bottles.
When the Bar owner and the personnel from excise department came to verify they have noticed that the thieves entered the bar by removing few tiles from the roof below the cash counter.
21 Whisky bottle of 750 ml and 33 Whisky bottle of 180 ml are believed to be stolen by the thieves. Further investigations are going on.

ಪಿರ್ಯಾದಿದಾರರು ದಿನಾಂಕ 02/04/2020 ರಂದು ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 7:00 ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ಬಾರ್ ಬಳಿ ಬಂದು ಸುತ್ತ ಮುತ್ತ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿ ಹೋಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ದಿನಾಂಕ 10/04/2020 ರಂದು ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 7:00 ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ಪಿರ್ಯಾದಿದಾರರು ಬಾರ್ ಬಳಿ ಬಂದು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿದಾಗ ಬಾರಿನ ಉತ್ತರ ಬದಿಯ ಮಾಡಿನ ಮೂರು ಹಂಚುಗಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದಿರುವುದು ಕಂಡು ಮಾಡಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ಹೋಗಿ ನೋಡಿದಾಗ ಬಾರ್ ನ ಕ್ಯಾಶ್ ಕೌಂಟರಿನ ಬಳಿ ಇಟ್ಟಿದ್ದ ವಿವಿಧ ಮದ್ಯದ ಬಾಟಲಿಗಳು ಇರದೆ ಇದ್ದು ಬಾರಿನ ಮಾಲಕರು ಹಾಗೂ ಅಬಕಾರಿ ಇಲಾಖೆಯವರು ಬಂದು ಪರೀಶಿಲಿಸಿದಾಗ ಕ್ಯಾಶ್ ಕೌಂಟರಿನ ಇರಿಸಿದ್ದ 750 ಎಂ.ಎಲ್ 21 ವಿಸ್ಕಿ ಬಾಟಲಿ ಮತ್ತು 180 ಎಂ.ಎಲ್ 33 ವಿಸ್ಕ್ ಬಾಟಲಿಗಳನ್ನು ಯಾರೋ ಕಳ್ಳರು ಕಳವು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಕಳವಾದ ಸೊತ್ತುಗಳ ಒಟ್ಟು ಮೌಲ್ಯ 15,457 ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಅಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಲ್ಪೆ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆ ಅಪರಾಧ ಕ್ರಮಾಂಕ 37/2020 ಕಲಂ: 454,457,380 ಐಪಿಸಿಯಂತೆ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
