Udupi : As many as 23 new cases tested for coronavirus positive reported in Udupi district on Sunday, November 22. District tally increased to 22,512.
According to the district health bulletin to the media, among 19 covid positive cases, 12 cases reported as symptomatic, out of which 6 are male and 5 females, meanwhile out of 11 cases of asymptomatic, 4 are males and 7 are females.
Among 19 positive cases, whereas positive cases from Udupi are11, from Kundapura 7, Karkala taluk is 3,and from other districts is two.
Place of admission/Isolation numbers are at Covid care centre and designated covid hospital and designated health hospital 3 and Home Isolation 20
A total of 2,26,004 samples have been collected so far including 2247 on 21.11.2020, A total of 2,03,492 samples have turned out to be negative so far in the district including 226 on 21.11.2020.. Total discharged patients till today are 22,127 patients including 19 on 21.11.2020.
As many as 22,512 confirmed positive cases of coronavirus have been reported so far in the district including 21@ 21.11.2020. Total active cases today are 199. Till today 187 persons are succumbed to death due to Coronavirus in the district. No death case reported today on Sunday, November 22.
