Udupi : 13 new cases tested for coronavirus positive  reported in Udupi district on Tuesday, November 24. District. Total active cases are 179.

 According to the district health bulletin to the media, among 19 covid positive cases, 6 cases reported as symptomatic, out of which 4 are male and  2 are females, meanwhile out of 7 cases of asymptomatic, 3 are males and 4 are females.

Among 13 positive cases, whereas positive cases from Udupi are 6, from Kundapura 6, Karkala taluk is nil,and from other districts is one.

Place of admission/Isolation numbers are at Covid care centre and designated covid hospital and designated health hospital 1 and Home Isolation 12

A total of 2,25,632 samples have been collected so far including 2829 on 23.11.2020, A total of 2,03,096 samples have turned out to be negative so far in the district including 2812 on 23.11.2020.. Total discharged patients till today are 22,170 patients including 15 on 23.11.2020.

As many as 22,536 confirmed positive cases of coronavirus have been reported so far in the district including 17@ 23.11.2020. Total active cases today are 179. Till today 187 persons are succumbed to death due to Coronavirus in the district. No death case reported today on Tuesday, November 24.
