Print Vaccination programme for Madhava Kripa School students
Glad to share few pictures and a brief report of the COVID-19 Vaccination drive organized in Madhava Kripa School. Around 350 students of grades 9th to 12th benefitted from this programme.
The Programme was jointly inaugurated by Dr. Ashwini Kumar, Associate Professor in the department of Community Medicine, KMC, Manipal and Dr. Charmaine, Medical Officer of Urban Primary Health Center, Manipal.
In his brief address, Dr. Ashwini Kumar explained the students about COVID-19 virus, Government’s initiatives, need for getting vaccinated and the progress of the programme.
Correspondent Sri P.G. Pandith presided over the programme. Principal Mrs. Jessy Andrews, Vice Principal Mrs. Shakilakshi K. and Headmistress Mrs. Asha Nayak Ammunje were present on the dais.
Students of Grade 10 Ms. Aryaa Praseed was the emcee of the programme, Master Shreeda Kamath welcomed the gathering and Master Abhijay N.S. proposed the vote of thanks.
ಮಾಧವ ಕೃಪಾ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾದ COVID-19 ಲಸಿಕೆ ಅಭಿಯಾನದ ಕೆಲವು ಚಿತ್ರಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಕ್ಷಿಪ್ತ ವರದಿಯನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಸಂತೋಷವಾಗಿದೆ. 9 ರಿಂದ 12 ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ಸುಮಾರು 350 ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನ ಪಡೆದರು.
ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಮಣಿಪಾಲದ ಕೆಎಂಸಿಯ ಕಮ್ಯುನಿಟಿ ಮೆಡಿಸಿನ್ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಸಹ ಪ್ರಾಧ್ಯಾಪಕ ಡಾ.ಅಶ್ವಿನಿ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಮಣಿಪಾಲದ ನಗರ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ವೈದ್ಯಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಡಾ.ಚಾರ್ಮೈನ್ ಜಂಟಿಯಾಗಿ ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸಿದರು.
ಡಾ. ಅಶ್ವಿನಿ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಸಂಕ್ಷಿಪ್ತ ಭಾಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೋವಿಡ್-19 ವೈರಸ್, ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಉಪಕ್ರಮಗಳು, ಲಸಿಕೆ ಹಾಕಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಅಗತ್ಯತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಪ್ರಗತಿಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು.
ಸಂಚಾಲಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಪಿ.ಜಿ. ಪಂಡಿತ್ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆ ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ವೇದಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಜೆಸ್ಸಿ ಆಂಡ್ರ್ಯೂಸ್, ಉಪಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲೆ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಶಕಿಲಾಕ್ಷಿ ಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮುಖ್ಯೋಪಾಧ್ಯಾಯಿನಿ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಆಶಾ ನಾಯಕ್ ಅಮ್ಮುಂಜೆ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.
10ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಾದ ಕುಮಾರಿ ಆರ್ಯ ಪ್ರಸೀದ್ ಅವರು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಿದರು. ಶ್ರೀ ಶ್ರೀದಾ ಕಾಮತ್ ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿ, ಶ್ರೀ ಅಭಿಜಯ್ ಎನ್.ಎಸ್. ಧನ್ಯವಾದ ಮಂಡಿಸಿದರು.
