Kemmannu, Feb 17: The Much awaited Picnic of Catholic Sabah, St. Theresa’s Church, Kemmannu was held on 16 – 02 – 07. All the Members and their family left by Mr. Praveen’s bus (tempo) at 8.00 am from Kemmannu and reached the Beach called Vothinane Beach near Baindoor at 10.30am.
There were nearly 40 members who included 4 kids, 5 youngsters and 31 elders along with our Dear Parish Priest Fr. Henry Fernandes.
Fr. Henry Fernandes distributed the prizes for the winners Arnold, Melroy, Jeevan Pavan and Melonie.

The yummy yummy Aromatic Mutton Biriyani was prepared by Mr. Arun Fernandes.
Kids enjoyed swimming in the beach. The distance to reach the beach from the top of the hill was nearly 200 mtrs. The beach is spreaded almost to 2.5km. We left the Beach at 4.30pm and on our return we visited Marwanthe Beach, there we had fun like boat riding and other kind of water games and finally we reached back to our Kemmannu at sharp 7.30pm.
