Udupi : During the legislative election on 2013, I promised the voters about the direct interaction with the people in order to settle their problems easily. So in the history of Karnataka State, in my constituency of Udupi, organized programme of directly interaction with the people and public meeting with officials of all departments (Janasamparka), said Pramod Madhwaraj, MLA of Udupi constituency, Minister of Fisheries, Sports and Youth Empowerment.

He was speaking with people of Mooduthonse Grama level 30th Kallianpur Grama Panchayat during in his “Janasamparka Sabhe” held at Sri Adi Shakthi Veerabadhra Temple, Santhekatte, Kallianpur on Thursday, 16^th February, 2017 said that in order to reach the message to people about the public meeting, all people of the grama were invited to attend the public meeting.

He said under Siddharamaiha government various beneficial programmes were organized in relating to the development of poor people in the state. Free electricity benefit provided to the poor BPL cardholders. Those who living in rented houses are also takes into consideration for the government aid on conditions. Under 94CC, land right letter will be given to the beneficiaries. Those who receive below Rs 800 electricity bill also can available BPL card through the post within two weeks. For the benefit of students and poor people government buses were introduced. I will promise the people with the intention to serve them better, he said.

During the occasion Pramod Madhwaraj was distributed gas stove, cheques in various schemes and other to the applicants. Around 38 applicants received on the spot measures for their needs and demands with directly through the officials of various departments.

Meanwhile Pramod Madhwaraj distributed cheque to handicapped person Raju of Nejar in person directly. Also, Koraga Community poor M.Tech student Sathish of Nejar was felicitated by Pramod Madhwaraj for his achievement.
