Udupi : Udupi Block Congressmen paid rich tributes in front of Mahatma Gandhiji statue at Clock Tower here on Wednesday, 26^th April, 2017  to the soldiers who killed by nexals attack at Sukma district, Chhatisgarh..

Addressing while paying tribute to the soldiers, Satish Amin Padukere President of Udupi Block Congress said that the 56 inch chest of Prime Minister is shrinking with the killing of soldiers by Maoists. The central government failed to give security to the soldiers in the country. If Modi government is not able to give protection to the soldiers, then how the common people get protection?.

He said this is not the time to make politics, but we gathered here to pay tributes to the solders who killed by Maoists. It is completely failure of the intelligence sources and the central government completely failed to give protection to the soldiers. Since BJP in power at Central, day by day the death of soldiers increased due to various attacks.

Jyothi Hebbar, Vice President of Women Congress said that It is very sad news for us that those who giving protection to the country killed by massive attack. The thinking of martyrs of soldiers has very badly .We have to respect soldiers and should give tributes to martyrs.

She said the recent case of suspending Tej Bahadur Yadav for questioning bad food in military camps which shows the failure of the Modi government. The prime minister got elected due to delivering speeches and twitters on soldiers’ sacrifices to the country. Js the prime minister succeeded to protect our soldiers at Kashmir and other places in the country? We the citizens of India extremely pained to the killing of CRPF personnel in Sukma.

Amrith Shenoy and Nagesh Udyavar spoke during the condolence meeting. Kishan Hegde Kolkebail, Meenakshi Madhav Bannanje, Harish Kini, Dinesh Puthran, Keshav Kotian, Prakyath Shettyt, Murli Shetty, Chandirka Shetty, Prashanth Poojary, Ramesh Kanchan, Dhananjay Kumar and other leaders of Congress party paid tributes and condolences to killed soldiers at Sukma district in Chhattisgarh.
