Udupi : District in-charge Minister Pramod Madhwaraj has violating the protocol, making politics in drinking water supply, responsible for sand mining mafia and misleading people on giving wrong information on central government’s aid, said Mattar Rathnakar Hegde, District BJP chief.

Speaking to media persons at District BJP office at Kadiyali on Thursday, 25^th May, 2017 he said that Pramod Madhwaraj, District in-charge minister in every outcome doing politics, self partiality and taking people into wrong way continuously. Even though BJP protested against the district in charge minister’s way of treating BJP leaders in various programmes, his mismanagement of administration regretted by the BJP.

In Zilla Panchayat 20 members out of 26 members are from BJP which President as well as vice president from BJP and BJP is ruling three taluk panchayats and two town panchayats. In grama panchayats more than 70% members are supporting to BJP. Totally, Bharatiya Janata Party is very much administrative party. The district in-charge minister has no patience to invite for various programmes in the district to the BJP top level elected leaders in the district. Pramod Madhwaraj district in charge minister has been violating the protocol by not inviting ZP President, vice president during the inaugural programmes of various government projects. Not only that the district in charge minister has been giving harassment to various departmental officers since four years, he said.

Mattar Rathnakar Hegde said that District Administration, district in-charge minister and Udupi CMC are totally responsible for drinking water shortage in the district. In regard to drinking water supply, central government formed the task force for the distribution of drinking water and local MLA would be head of task force which central government providing aid for the drinking water supply. Udupi legislative member who is minister canvassing with his photo on the banner in drinking water supply tankers which will be shame for Pramod Madhwaraj.

Pramod Madhwaraj insulting BJP elected representatives during in his programme of Janasamparka meetings in various villages and CMC limit wards which will be condemable.

In the district now also the sand mining mafia existed and district in charge minister supporting the sand mining mafia directly. Large quantity of sand even now also supplied to other districts.

The central government has provided various aids to various projects for the various developmental works. But Pramod misleading people that these projects undertaken by the state government.

He said that in every government offices, corruption prevailed in the district. Most of the government officers drowned in corruption. The central government providing various aid for the development of the district.
