Doha; 03 Aug 2017: It was a great day for the parishioner of Our Lady of the Rosary Qatar that Our Bishop His Excellency Camillo Ballin, MCCJ, Apostolic Vicar of Northern Arabia installed 4th parish priest for the Rosary Church.

The installation ceremony, held on Friday 28 July in Church of Our Lady of the Rosary Qatar, started with the 7:00 PM Mass con celebrated by His Excellency, Bishop Camillo Ballin, OFM Cap, Fr. Paul Koenig OFM Cap superior of Order of Capuchin Friars Minor (Custos) of Northern and Sourthern Vicarate of Arabia together with all the priests of the church.

Parish Priest Fr.Selveraj welcomed the Bishop Camillo Ballin, OFM Cap and Fr. Paul Koenig OFM Cap Capuchin, General Custos of Northern and Southern Vicariate of Arabia for this occasion.

 During the Mass, the Bishop also installed the new parish priest Rev,Fr Rally Gonzaga OFM Cap as a 4th Parish Priest For Our Catholic Church Of Our Lady Of Rosary for 3 years - reminding all of the great responsibilities of the office of the parish priest by reading out the relevant parts from the code of canon law.

The Mass was well attended by all the faithful including the nuns, representatives of its various ministries & groups such as the Parish council, Communion Ministers, Ushers, Office of Christian Formation, Catechists, Lectors, Choirs, Altar servers etc

Bishop Camillo Ballin congratulated him and wish him every success, followed by Fr.Paul John superior of Order of Capuchin Friars Minor, priests of the church wished him a very success and parish council members wished the same.

Fr. Rally S. Gonzaga was born on 31 July 1970 in Philippines, served in the St. John The Baptist Parish, Diocese Of Antipolo  Philippines was ordained priest on 02 October 2004 and started serving in the Qatar from 2012 as an assistant priest in Our Lady of the Rosary Qatar.
End of the mass Parish Vice President Nery Alphonso Congratulated Fr Rally and extended full support for the church, at the end outgoing parish priest thank the entire resident priest and all the faithful of the Catholic Church.

Newly elected young parish priest thanked Bishop, Fr Selveraj and all the parishioners.

As a mark of joy and happiness, parish council organised reception a short cultural programme in seraphic Hall followed the Mass with bouquets presented by the parish council members to new Parish Priest Fr. Rally and Bishop Camillo Ballin. With the great enthusiasm, some of the parish communities organised and short cultural program.
