Print More than 700 students M R (Special) and Physically disabled children took part in 17th Special Children s Sport Meet by Samannay Trust. it was held at at Gaondevi Mandan Groundm Vashi Navi Mumbai.
700 Students from 19 school from n Navi Mumbai & Thane & Mumbai.. Chief guest was MP Shri Sanjeev Naik. SAMANNAY President is Ln Ankan Saha who also launched Lions club of Sammnay inaugurated and supported by Lions club of Navi Mumbai Centennial Solitaire, Ably supported WE Dr Anagha Kunnure, who runs a hospital in navi Mumbai. WE Dr Jayshree Murkunde and Ln Chameli Bagga.
Samannay sports the other guests were, WE District President, WE Sudha Shah, District 323 A2, Mr Prabhakar Bhoir, Mr Chabukswar and 1st Vice District Governor Ln K J Paul, 2nd Vice District Governor Ln Maneshwar Nayak were present.
This the 17th Year SAMANNAY continuously holding this special event in December every year. All kind of sports like running, volley ball by wheel chairbound, javelin throw with ball, lemon race for all ages and all strata of Special children and people was held. Even Matches were held.
Chief Guest along with other dignitaries inaugurated the event, also lighting the Torch, taking Oath. WE Sudha Shah gave away many awards to these special children.
