Kemmannu News Network, 09-01-2018 06:38:58
Udupi : The wave is in favour of the government, I visited 24 districts in the state and remaining districts within 13th January to be completed. In these visited districts in the state, I found absolute wind is in favour of the government, said Siddaramaiah, chief minister of Karnataka State.
After launching and inaugurating Rs. 592 crore worth developmental works in Udupi legislative constituency on Monday, 8th January, at Brahmavar, Siddaramiah said that due to fulfilled promises made during the previous election, we succeed completed almost 95% promises and within two months almost all promises will be fulfilled. We gave 165 promises in 2003 and out of that 156 promises already fulfilled.
Praising Pramod Madhwaraj, Siddaramiah said that Pramod came from political experienced family. He never has political ambition and his initiatives’ for the people with the motive to serve the people. Pramod first time in his life become MLA in order to help Mogaveera community in particular. He is presently cabinet minister in the state.
The blessing of the people is the system in democracy. There should be need to serve the people with their expectations and it would be needed in the system of democracy, he said.
He said that out main intention to sort out the hunger in the state. Within half a hour after our government came to power, declared 6 promises including Anna Bhagya. People may forget the prison goers, but not Anna Bhagya like favourable projects of the government. No BJP ruled states given rice for the people freely. The BJP is filled with publicity mongers and party leaders are a reluctant to serve the people. They only play with the sentiments of the people creating hatred among different religions. People are now aware of the realities and the BJP would surely pay for its communal agenda, he said.
The production of the milk increased and more than 38% income of the farmers increased. We gave Rs. 5 subsidy for milk producers. If the income of the farmers increased, then the economy will be developed. We are giving loan for farmers with 0% interest. Next our intention is giving loan to fishermen with 0%. It is our intention to free from poverty. The state government would assure zero percent loan to fisherwoman’s association. The forthcoming budget would be the last one for the term. The budget would comprise majority announcements which would pave the way for the new wave in the state.
Siddaramaiah said Yeddyurappa should be aware that false promises would not serve the cause of the society. Either BJP nor JDS has no bright future in the state politics.
Earlier Pramod Madhwaraj gave key note address and placed some the achievements in his legislative constituency and welcomed the gatherings.
