Udupi : The inauguration of “Summer Camp 2018” of Milagres Educational Institutions held at Milagres College Grounds, Kallianpur near here on Wednesday, 11^th April, 2018.

The programme began with invocation prayer song by the students of Milagres English School. Very Rev Fr. Stany B. Lobo, Correspondent of Milagres Educational Institutions inaugurated the Summer Camp 2018 by lighting the lamp and presided over the programme.

Rtn Brian D’Souza President elect Rotary Club Kallianpur, Rtn. Arun D’Souza President of Rotary Club, Kallianpur, Rtn. Allen Lewis Well-Wisher and former Asst. Governor of Rotary Club and chief coach of Summer Camp 2018 Bhaskar and Rev Fr. Lancy Fernandes SJ were present on the dais.

In his beautiful address the Coach Bhaskar said that in order to recognize top level in the sports life, there should need to sports spirit, need to hard work, need to continuous support from the sport physical teachers and so on. Sports will encourage the empowerment of one’s personality. Sports helps an individual much more than in the physical aspects along which builds character, teachers and develops strategic thinking, leadership skills, goal setting and risk taking just to name a few. It will inculcate a sense of competition and helps the students deal with success positively.

He further gave advise to get awake early in the morning, sleep early and take good nutrients food rather zunk food, give respect to elders, keep faith with God, maintain the discipline and never bother about the consequences, give it your best and enjoy the game.

Rtn. Brian D’Souza all praise for the organizers and the Milagres Educational Institutions for giving best of best for the students in every field during their studies. He enjoyed good during his schooling in Milagres Institutions. He conveyed his wishes for the participants of the summer camp.

Rtn Allen Lewis who is strong supporter of Summer Camp here said that sports are a learning experience which we are all well aware of the fact that participating sports activity develops certain components.

Varsha,  Volley Ball player  placed her views on encouragement from the Milagres institutions and the parents that lead her shining in sports all over.

Very Rev Stany B Lobo honored who shining in departmental, state and National level achievers of Milagrean Studetns.

In his presidential address, Very Rev Fr. Stany B Lobo appreciated the students of Milagres who achieved in various level sports meet including national level and he wished them with lots of heavens blessing for the achievers and called to other students who participating the summer camp should take advantage and do their best. He gave gratitude to all the physical directors and teachers of Milagres Educational Institutions for the marvelous support for the students and the management. He also gave gratitude to Rotary Club for their massive support for the same.

Earlier, the national level player and winner Prajna Janardhan Kodavoor welcomed the gatherings. Another player Kavana delivered the vote of thanks and Vinay Sheth Physical teacher of Milagres English School compered the programme.

During the occasion, Veera D’ Silva Headmistress of Milagres English Medium Primary School, Sr. Susheela Montiero Head Mistress of St Joseph’s Higher Primary School, Vaani, Physical Director of Milagres College, Steevan Pinto, Vincent Mascarenhas, physical teachers and other Milagrean Physical teachers, Rotary Club Kallianpur past presidents and members and others were present.

The Summer Camp will he held up to end of April Month with top graded seven physical teachers and directors along with many other coaches.
